Old Fashioned Homemaker used this yesterday and absolutely the best fryer I have ever used. Better than what I had in my bakery. Yes, that good> easy to use no burned pieces of fried pies. Next Scotch Eggs. The oil was exactly 1 gallon and it heated up really fast maybe 3-4 minutes. set temp and then I placed 3 fried pies in basket.The basket was large enough to handle really large fried pies 3 at a time.The cover was super zero oil splatter every pie came out perfect and fried not baked as frying at the right temp is healhty and better than baked. Much tastery.I cannot say enough good things about this machine. The price was exceptional. You know i am really old and have not ever given a review. This is a great gadget

I had been doing some serious searching for a fryer; reading reviews, looking them up on YouTube and this particular fryer was the one that grabbed me most. I was amazed to see "OVERSTOCK" selling this item at $69.99 when everywhere else are selling it for $99.99 and upwards. With "OVERSTOCK" i get the fryer and 2 years extended warranty for a lot less than what other stores are selling just the fryer for. This is a good start to a Happy New Year for us, Thank you.
