I wanted this set for years before I finally received it as a birthday gift. I was not disappointed. Taos has a nice weight, balance, and a lasting beauty. I have never had an issue trying to fork anything, and have found my set fully functional. I am as enamored with this set as I was the first time I saw it in a catalogue... over 10 years ago.

This is a beautiful flatware set, however beware.....the tines on the forks are rounded instead of pointed which makes it extremely hard to spear food such as salad, vegetables, etc. I would not recommend this set to anyone based on the fork engineering. As a matter of fact, I am on the website looking for replacement flatware! I did NOT purchase this flatware through Overstock.com, but from a local housewares store. I will say that the workmanship is first rate. I have used my set for the past three years and it still looks just as good as the day I brought it home. It has taken me a few years to realize that we need more user friendly utensils.

This was Christmas gift for my son, he really loved the flatware set. The workmanship was excellent. I loved the set because it came in a 12 piece place settings. I had looked at the same flatware elsewhere and could not order as 12 piece place setting, only 4 or 8. It would have cost much more to have ordered from other vendors. Price and product was great. Love it.

This is the second set I have purchased. The original set has retained its beauty and I wanted more pieces because out family is growing. This set has proven to be sturdy yet elegant.
