I chose this flatware because of it's clean, simple lines. I am very pleased w/ it though I'm not used to the large sized soup and teaspoons. They're much bigger than my 33 yr. old flatware. It's been through the dishwasher several times and still looks nice. I like the balance and the weight and it's not too wide or long. One spoon has a scratch that was done after I bought it. I'm not sure how it happened, but everything else is still in great shape.
