These tiles arrived without any damage, and were installed very quickly. We ordered them as a facing around our fireplace, and I couldn't be happier with the color (very close to what is shown), the ease of separating the pieces to fill gaps, and the final look. I have not grouted them yet because I am taking the advice of other reviewers and trying to match the right linen-esque color. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality, price, and delivery of this product. It looks amazing around my fireplace!

  • Cute tile for a ridiculous price

I bought a sample of this tile because I saw it on line and thought the pattern and colors would be perfect to use in my little boy's bathroom. I didn't pay much attention to the price. The tile is basic and thin with an adorable, colorful pattern that looks like it was printed on the tile. It's machine made, NOT a hand-made or hand glazed tile. However, at *** per 2.5 square feet it is priced as high or higher than any hand-made tile I've seen. In fact, it's in the price point of laser cut glass tile from Ann Sachs in Beverly Hills! I contacted Overstock to see if it was a mistake. I thought maybe they misplaced a decimal! The customer service person I spoke with insisted that it is the correct price and someone in another department emailed twice to say she was checking on it but then never followed through. They refuse to tell me the manufacturer so that I can check on it myself. I ended up not using this tile for my remodel. Instead I'm using a hand-made, hand-glazed til...

  • DONT TRUST YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN FOR COLOR

    Oct 28, 2014

On my computer screen these tiles were the perfect color...not so when I received them, and had to return 7 cases...at my expense! I love the tiles but can't afford to keep trying until I get the color right. I'll never order anything again that depends on color!

  • Colorway not close to online pictures

    Sep 27, 2014

flhandygirl  from Palm Harbor, FL, Rating:2.0

I was disappointed in the colorway of this product. In the photographs, there are blue gray and off white tiles throughout. These tiles are not blue grey but more of a translucent color. There are no white or off white tiles -- really a creamy beige. The colorway of this mosaic is primarily sage green, beige, and brown. If this is what you are looking for, then this mosaic might work for you. The quality of the tiles was fine, just the colorway off for my project and compared to the screen shots on Overstock.com. Wish there was a way to order only one sheet before having to order an entire box of the product that is expensive to return.

  • Beautiful tile but not easy to work with

    Dec 5, 2014

    Janell32  from Texas, Rating:4.0

This tile is really beautiful and it's high quality. The stones are durable and they stick to the backing really well. None of them fell off when I was laying the tile. I did have a few issues when laying it. First, the tiles are very thin. I laid these on a floor and I needed to use a lot of mortar to get the tiles up higher and the mortar squished through all the cracks and made a big mess. Luckily it came off of the tiles easily after it had dried. Second, the tiles don't fit together perfectly, so you can see lines around each square after you lay them. I suggest laying them with a gap between the tiles and fill in one by one with the small stones. I decided to use a light grout to camouflage the lines around the tiles, but then that took away from the beauty of the stone. A darker grout would enhance the stones. Overall, I'm really happy with these tiles. They are unique, smooth, and really good looking.
