  This light has great presence without being out of scale with our house. The narrow amber border was a surprise but I like it. It gives a subtle, slightly aged look. I also like that it can take a 150 watt bulb.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? On site it is not apparent that each frosted glass pane has a 1/4 inch border of pale amber on all sides.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. It seems very substantial.
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate except for the amber border.

  My patience has paid off in looking for something to update the old brass/glass fixtures on either side of my garage. I found these beautiful sconces on another website and checked Overstock to compare like I always do. This is the best price by far, and the quality is superb. BUY IT! You won't be disappointed.
