Customer Reviews
I had initially purchased another recliner from Overstock.com, which I wasn't thrilled with, i.e., quality, et al, but I decided to keep the chair. Then the chair actually fell apart after about one week of usage. When I called Overstock.com, they set up the mechanism for me to send the chair back and credit my account. At the same time, I ordered another recliner. I've had this for several weeks now, and I love it...it is well constructed, all the parts work, and it is truly comfortable. The only thing wrong with this chair is on the back of the chair there is a flap with velcro along the bottom which should attach to velcro on along the bottom of the chair itself. The velcro on the bottom of the chair is missing, but, hey, I can live with that since this chair sits against the wall; who would notice but me? My experience with Overstock.com was completely satisfying, and I would certainly purchase other items from them...which I cannot say about a lot of other regular stores or web stores.
What a disappointment. The mechanics of the chair were attached off center.....foot rest would not work until my 74 year old husband forced it over. the top does not meet the arms square, leaving a gap. the seat leaves you high and dry, no comfort what so ever. Was not worth the money spent, find another chair, folks, and get better workmanship and comfort. At our age all this is stressful.

best online purchase ive ever made. may not be the cheapest but is not built cheap. built to last. ease of assembly, a first grader could assemble in 10 min. or less. reclines easy and very comfortable.

This chair goes together very easily however is very hard to recline. The wood panel holding the foot rest is too big and makes it nearly impossible to recline without kicking it. Once you do get it to recline...it's impossible to fold the chair back in again without kicking it.
