Wall Hugger Recliner Chair Mocha Microfiber

This chair looks nice, but it is not comfortable. After you recline and you want to put it back in an upright position, you almost kill yourself trying to push the footrest back in. My husband hates it, and he's the one I bought it for!

I have had the chair less than 7 months and the plastic "innovative" recliner lever snapped off in my hand, the chair no longer reclines. When it was funtioning properly the foot lift would not lock in place when trying to sit up and get out of the chair, requiring me to thump the footriser several times until a click was heard, indicating it was locked and would not suddenly lift up as I was trying to get out of the chair. it did trip me up a few times until I learned to thump it into the locked position before trying to get up and out of the chair. The workmanship, at least on this chair, leave much to be desired.

The chair arrived exactly on the day that Overstock said that it would. I bought this chair for my mother to replace her old ratty one. This chair sits a bit higher than regular recliners, but probably is necessary to view the screen. The fabric is beautiful and the chair is very comfortable. My mother loves it! The only minor negative is that where the chair goes together in the back, it has a gap.

I needed a new recliner in the house while I recovered from surgery. Sleeping on my back wouldn't work, so I used this chair as a 'bed' for 3 weeks. Very easy to assemble, fabric is a nice microsuede. Cats, dogs, relatives - everyone goes straight for the 'comfy chair'. A bit short for my height (5'8), but so comfortable and sturdy that size doesn't matter. Now that I'm back in the bed (with my Overstock comforter and sheets), I use this as my tv/reading chair. I'm buying another for my son's room and one for my mom - she loves it more than I do. You can't beat the quality and Overstock's great shipping rate. Highly recommend!

I purchased this item for a quiet corner in the office. The review, although not entirely about the chair...is about the chair. My staff work hard caring for others, and at best all positions are stressful. They are loving the comfort of this chair, and a chance to feel they are being refreshed and cared for...even if it is only for a few minutes at a time. This chair has provided a sense of emotional well being in a safe environment. Thank you!
