Vogue Reversible Chaise Sectional

I ordered this sofa and it arrived in about two weeks. When they say they will deliver it, they mean just that. Mine was dropped in the driveway. I had been told to look over the box/product before accepting it, which is hard to do when it is wrapped in cardboard, plastic and strapped to a pallet! It took us about an hour to assemble, which was made more difficult when I discovered all the pieces I needed had not been shipped. I contacted Overstock and was told I would get the pieces in 2 days, which doesn't help when you have moved out the old furniture and have a partially put together one laying on the floor, so we had to go out and buy the pieces we needed. But it is together now. It is a light sage green, very pretty. The sofa is quite firm, which I like. It fits beautifully in a small family room. But plastic feet? Who puts plastic feet on furniture? All in all, I am pleased with the piece. It looks like it will hold up for several years of dogs/kids. And you can't beat the price!

The couch arrived with a small tear in the front, but I did not discover it until after the delivery person left and it was unwrapped...I decided it was not worth going through the hassle of returning it- I would suggest insisting the delivery person wait until you take the wrapping off- doesn't take long. It was purchased for a small, 2nd bedroom that is used as a TV room…so there is low visibility to visitors, but gets a lot of use. Previous reviews stated the cushions were stiff, in fact, if I lay on my side for an hour or so it will actually make my hip sore. (I'm average weight, physically fit, and this has NEVER happened on any other piece of furniture.) I can also tell after only a week that it will eventually get lumpy in some places- you can already see and feel where it has been sat on in some areas more than others. I have purchased furniture and misc items from Overstock frequently over the years and this is the first item I am not happy with. I typically find that the reviews help me select items, and previous reviews on this couch did say it was stiff, but they rated this couch too high. Had I seen this in a store for half the price I paid, I would not have purchased it after seeing it up close and sitting on it. And beware, you cannot flip the cushions because they all have Velcro across the back- good for slippage, bad for wear.

• Did the color match the color displayed onsite? It is lighter than the picture- a very pretty sage.
• How is the quality of the product? Inferior.

Was hesitant to buy furniture online but this sofa looks great in our family room - very easy to assemble. Came in one huge box all pieces inside, highly recommend opening box outside and carrying each piece in separately rather than trying to lug whole box inside at one time. Beautiful color, more sage green than brown (as it appears in the picture). A bit firm but my preference as I hope the couch will hold its shape. Love that it has the versatility to change chaise from left to right. We tried it both ways and both look good- didn't see any gaps like a previous person had mentioned. Still comfortable. Very happy with purchase and price - only complaint is now we need a loveseat in a similar style- am hoping one will show up on Overstock.com soon!

This sofa is lighter in color than it appears online, which was a bonus for us. It matches all my palm tree decor perfectly. The sofa is a firmer sofa too, which we like. We had a slight mishap when it arrived. We were sent duplicate back cushions and were missing one end that we needed. I contacted Overstock.com and they quickly sent out replacement cushions and didn't even make us send back the old ones. We appreciate the great customer service. We have been very happy with everything we have ordered from Overstock.com and will continue giving them our business.
