careless packaging caused the item to shatter twi
Unfortunately,the packaging was so poor and insufficient for this item that both the first and second shipment was horribly shattered to peices that Icould not get the vesselsinkthat Ihad so wantedI This failure to properly cushion a fragil item ...twice means you donot care about your customers satisfaction!!
