First, cold water wasn't cold enough even with control in the back was set as coldest. Center piece to hold the bottle was too small and really hard to put water bottle on without spilling. Worst of all, it started to leak after about 6 month of use at the faucet.

HORRIBLE! buyer beware of this product...it is nice looking but not worth the hassle! it did not work when i got it and was a pain to return...I had never bought refurbished before....needless to say...i NEVER will again!

I bought it to replace an old one I had that wasn't cooling but so far it's been doing great. Great item at great price!

I must say this water cooler is nice looking. The hot water is the best since it only heats the water when you need it. It takes less the 2 min to get the water to 194F. The cold water is cold.Also no plastic taste at all. The unit is also super quite and looks nice in person.

This is good for making cool water in summer, however, bad for winter.You got to wait every time when you are using the hot water.And the manual guide is complete useless, because it was talking about other product.If you need a water bottle case only, pick it!Don't waste your money!
