Softer and more plush than expected. Great value for what you pay.
Not only did I receive this on a timely manner it was in great condition and there were no flaws on the rug itself =]
Bought this based on the reviews - rugs can be so expensive and this was half the price of other rugs I was looking at and is exactly as it's represented in the pic. I have a black sofa with plain red pillows and even though the red of the pillows doesn't match the red on the carpet exactly, because of the way the pattern mixes the red and the black it actually works really well (and definitely leaves you open to coordinating with several shades of red). Like other reviewers said (and this is what really sold me), the rug is super soft - really nice to walk on barefoot. It's also a great rug if you want to go for some color (me) but don't want anything too crazy bright (the boyfriend) - definitely adds some character and personality without being over the top. I really liked how the ivory/creme/tan colored tones still give me enough leeway to add extra art pieces in my black-red themed living room and still keep the place looking pulled together.
I purchased the beige version of this rug and I absolutely love it. It goes great with my leather couches and hardwood floors and adds a little flare to the room. The rug is thin, so if you are expecting a thick and comfy rug, this isn't it. But it is a great rug and does not shed. I am very happy with this purchase.
