I purchased this vanity for a tiny powder room addition, the size is perfect as it fit into a 38 inch wide space. Overall the look is great, the sink has a good design so that the small size is well utilized. The build is sturdy, the mirror that is included is well matched. The only complaint is with the screws provided for the door handle, they were sub-par and had defective stripped heads. The installation was smooth for my general contractor although he said that he needed to persuade the City inspector to approve the use of the European designed trap that is included in a nice chrome finish. Luckily, the inspector realized this trap is ahead of US Code and allowed it instead of having to use an ugly PCV trap.
