Vintage Widespread Bathroom Faucet

These are nice, heavy faucets. Couldn't come near the price for this style. Very sturdy. No regrets.

We are remodeling our master bath. We basically gutted the original bath so I have been shopping/pricing everything according to a strict budget. I ordered a pair of these faucets because I liked the look, price, and I have always been pleased with my Overstock buys (especially the shipping price). This purchase was no exception. I LOVE the faucets and even ordered a third one for our also remodeled guest bath. Even our contractor was impressed with their beauty and quality. Thank you.

I bought 2, one for each bathroom, at $xxx each...saw the same EXACT faucet in the xxxxxx catalogue for $555 EACH!!! They showed up the very next day and look gorgeous.

I was nervous to order a faucet online without seeing or feeling the quality. But the box stores had nothing close to what we were looking for, and the specialty store prices were nuts. So we ordered. The faucet arrived on time and in good shape. It is very handsome, a little bigger than I expected but looks great. It feels very heavy and solid. The plumber was impressed. The only caveat is that after he installed it, I noticed that the cold water valve feels a little gritty -- the hot water value is smooth. I mentioned this to the plumber who said he also noticed the difference and thought it would get better over time. Hmmm. Now I'm left to wonder; is he correct and it will get better? Did he install it improperly? Or did we get a slightly defective cold water value? The faucet comes with a 7 year warrantee, so I kept the box and will see how it feels over time. Mostly I very happy.
