If I use the 36 inch ceiling support the shower curtain will rod will be about neck height. Also I only have about 8 inches for the wall support. Is it possible to get these two peices in other sizes?
We bought an old home and gutted the place. We reused what we could but our budget did not include a 2nd bath. Over many objectionst I saved the original claw footed tub. For 2 years that tub sat in our "unfinished closet". This year we were finally able to finish the bath. When we started pricing, just the shower rod set ran way over $300.00. And the faucet set was over the top $$$$$. Thank goodness for OVERSTOCK! We purchased this Complete Set, it looks original to the tub at a quarter of the price! The only down side I can see is the shower bar ends where the flat bottom of the tub ends, not at the end of the tub. But our plumber says this is the norm for vintage. It looks awesome and I FINALLY have a completed Master Bath with a Vintage tub! Thanks again Overstock! ***...

This is a nice set, but had some difficulty putting together for lack of instructions and the fact that it is not really adjustable to different bathroom dimensions. Also this was my first plumbing project. Don't even try putting it together without using the tape provided. One odd thing about the tub filler - it is very high in the air, so when used with full water pressure causes a lot of splashing outside the tub.Read More

So it was a head ache thinking about changing our useless tub to a functional shower even though I love the claw foot tub. I had read reviews of unit where people said that the curtain rod was poor quality... this one is great, very sturdy. The faucet and everything else is beautiful. We were worried about leaking, none. It comes with teflon tape too. Anyways, you cannot go wrong with this set up. Its gorgeous and such high quality. I highly recommend it.Read More
