Poor
I am very disappointed in this product. I bought it as a full size bed; however, when the parts came, the frame was a queen size. This didn't bother me at first, I had a good experience going online to chat with a representative who quickly assured me the correct size frame would be sent, and it arrived a few days later. However, the same queen size frame arrived and it did not fit the headboard. I then had my husband call to explain in person that the frame associated with the head/footboard is the wrong size and that we need a full size frame that will fit. Again, he was quickly reassured the correct full size frame would be delivered, and sure enough, a few days later, we had yet another queen size frame. We now have 3 queen size frames that do not fit our full head/footboard. I'm not sure if we will ask for our money back at this point, but it has been over a month and still no bed set up. The bed itself is beautiful, but there is some computer glitch that connects the wrong size frame with the full bed, and I think the company is too huge to figure that out. Good price, a lot of frustration and so far no complete bed.

Great look, wrong size?!
I bought this bed after reading the description 10x! I thought it was a Queen- it said Full in the title, but the description detentions and details said QUEEN...! Guess I should have known it was a mistake- the bed is beautiful and I would LOVE it if it fit my Queen Bed! OOPS. Just be advised... otherwise it's a beautiful product and almost, lol, exactly what I was looking for!
