I am so pleased with this vessel faucet. Even though I live in a large metropolitan area it was difficult to find a very broad selection of vessel faucets, without spending multiple hundreds of dollars on a "designer" line. Although not cheap, the cost was below the designer lines and I couldn't be happier. It looks every bit as good as the high-end. It also arrived w/in a couple of days; which was a great surprise.

Great product, easy to install and functioning perfectly well, at less than a third of what you get with brand names.

Ordered 2 faucets and 1 was completely banged up because of improper packaging. "O" immediately gave me a refund but had to deal with the dilemma of the same item being out of stock. A couple of weeks later I received an email showing the item being in stock again but this time at approx. 20% more on cost compared to the original order. Bummer! I guess this is a problem one has to deal with when ordering multiples. Since quantity and availability is never guaranteed plus items always come from different merchants. Wish that when situation such as these occur "O" should do their utmost to offer the items at the same price. This I think could easily be achieved through supplier negotiations. This is just a thought, if "O" really cares about its customer's satisfaction. Their staff should be able to follow through on its price consistency. It's just good business practice.
