Yes, I thought, well it's such a good price we can fix it if it needs extra support! After two months I regret that line of thinking. Bought the whole set, bed, dresser, and jones nightstand. They all look so stylish online. But in person, not AS nice, and very low quality. We returned the nightstands, we're super wobbly. We added a extra leg to the bed for support. Still a little scary. The dresser front already fell off. TWO months! It will definite not survive a move. I think I learned a big lesson. If you pay a little more you will get a much better quality that will last longer. If you want something cheap and temporary AND you are a handyman go for the bed.
We were excited to get this bed, really the first one I have ever bought, however were sorely disappointed after less then a month of sleeping on it the platform part of the bed broke! I went off the reviews that it was a sturdy bed, and the outer part is solid and exactly what I wanted look wise (which is the only reason it got any stars). The problem came as we opened the box and found tons of wooden slats that we had to measure out our selves across the bed and drill in because there were no pre-drilled holes. The wood for the platform is weak to say the least and the middle slat that goes length-wise down the bed, you know the one that supports all your weight, simple floats in the middle! It doesn't connect to the bed at all. It just screws into 2, 1.5" square legs made out of the same crappy wood. We simple sat on the bed one day and CRACK legs fly out and we sink down. Luckily I am pretty handy so I am going to go down to Home Depot and built a new platform. Now I don't know if this was just a manufacturing error but I would keep this in mind unless you like spending more money and rebuilding a bed you just bought.
