Just got these in tonight :) put (2) together by myself in about 2 hours of TV watching. Very simple directions. I did find that the directions for the drawer tracks seemed backwards, (maybe a labeling mistake on my 2 and 3 pieces or on the print out) I looked at my kitchen drawers and adjusted them myself and now they work perfectly. I did this up front to be sure and it saved me on the back end. I think for the price quality is good. I would prefer the back piece to be solid. Color is a rich brown tobacco, very appealing. A few minor things (detailed directions just so I didn't 2nd guess myself, solid back) and I would give it 10 stars :) We have yet to use these very much and they haven't had to survive a move yet but I have high hopes! Would recommend. Great purchase!

Love this night stand. Was not to hard to put together. You just need to be real sure when you put on the brackets for the drawer. The drawing does not really look like the bracket, so I ended up putting the first one on backwards. Other than that, a great nightstand. Looks like I spent more money and the legs give it a great look that many other ones I seen looked so cheap.

We were nervous buying an entire bedroom set online but Overstock has never let us down before. This bed and coordinating pieces are exactly what we were looking for. I'd never heard of rubberwood before so was a little skeptical but it is a solid piece. The nightstand looks sleek and modern. The color is very rich and matches todays decor style. I only wish there were more storage but I knew that before ordering. The boxes were damaged when delivered but items were packed well and arrived fast and in perfect condition. My 10 year old and I put the piece together ourselves. Fun project. We are thrilled with the price and quality. Highly recommended and no complaints at all.

I should have taken out a measuring tape and looked before I ordered this night stand. The web site measurements were accurate, but the night stand turned out so teeny in my big bedroom. I ended up buying another night stand to replace it at World Market. Overstock's info was completely correct. I just didn't realize its scale. The entire set (I bought the queen bed, 6-drawer chest, and night stand combo) was simple and on the smaller scale. I love the style. It's a rustic/modern combo. Assembling the bed took an hour. Assembling the night stand took an hour. Assembling the 6-drawer chest took 3 hours. Good quality. Just double check the dimensions before your buy.

This nightstand is versatile and would go with any modern design. The back part of the stand is very thin wood and is my only disappointment but it faces the wall and still adds the support needed. The rest is solid wood, well built and is east to assemble and clean. The wood seems to have an added layer of protection so wood oil maintenance is not needed as much. Would buy again!

I've NEVER put furniture together and was a little concerned when I realized that I would have to get the drawer put together just right. I had friends tell horror stories of ruining their furniture trying to get a drawer in. The instructions were very easy to follow and all the pieces were labeled perfectly AND no missing parts! I am VERY pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This nightstand is made of a rich dark brown solid wood. Assembly was easy if you've ever assembled *** furniture. I didn't use an electric screwdriver but one would have been helpful. I love the look of this because it combines midcentury design and a dark finish that makes it more contemporary looking. The drawer glides on rollers. It came very vell packed. There was one slight flaw in the surface, but I chalk it up to being real wood which isn't perfect.

My dad wanted a simple night stand to go with his 'monkish' twin bed. He said this was exactly want he would have bought for himself. Did come in pieces but he didn't have any problem putting it together. He did comment on how well the pieces were packaged, like a well thought out puzzle. Shipping was fast as always with Overstock.

I'm very happy with this nightstand. It looks just as I expected and was easy to assemble. It's perfect next to a queen size bed. It might be dwarfed by a king. My room is somewhat small so it's perfect -- it's not oversized but it has adequate storage and can handle a lamp with no problem. It's just what I wanted and matches the color of my other furniture perfectly. The color shown on the website is very accurate.

I purchased this as part of the bedroom set (Vilas platform bed and long dresser, tall dresser unavailable). The packaging for the nightstand was fine, everything inside was padded with styrofoam. Assembly didn't take too long to finish. There was 1 extra screw for each one used - which was good to have. The only thing I'd warn you to be careful about is when you are screwing in the back side - the side panels are a very narrow and can get damaged easily if you screw in the back side and it is not aligned. Other than that, I love the overall look - especially the tapered legs. I'm probably going to switch out the provided knob to a brushed nickle knob - to give it an even more modern look.

I love this nightstand. It was easy to assemble, and looks great next to my bed. The only issue is the backing did not fit flush on the back of the nightstand. I left it off, and I like the open feel of the table that way. If I had room on the other side of my bed, I'd order another! And I am definitely going to get the matching 6-drawer dresser!

The materials are very strong and assembly very easy. The color is a little darker than picture but match well with the colter line also sold on this site.

Easy to put together and looks great when completed. The screws used to attach the backing has a raised round head which does not sink in all the way so if it sits against the wall it will scratch or damage wall. The bottom of legs need some sort of floor protecter as it's unfinished and will scratch floor. Great price and very sturdy.

Love this nightstand! I have the matching dresser and after setting up the dresser and seeing how beautiful it was, I knew I had to have the nightstand too. I put it together myself in about an hour. I didn't have a power drill, so it's definitely possible with just a screwdriver, but I don't recommend it if you can find a drill! It is very sturdy, looks great, has clean lines and angles, and holds a good amount of stuff. I am so happy with this line of furniture, I wish they made a king-sized bed frame, too! I highly recommend!
