Very disappointed in the quality of this product. After a year, it leaks from the connections inside the faucet. Also, it is very difficult to clean because the water opening is a very narrow slit that is difficult to keep clean ... especially if you have hard water.

We bought this item at my wife's insistence a little over a year ago. I had to admit its great looking and when first installed we were very happy. There have been a few issues that other buyers should consider:1. The faucet has developed a significant, persistent leak through the joystick handle on the top. We cannot stop the leak and have been unable to find a source of either technical support from mfg or repair parts. I think it may require a new ceramic disk cartridge. A little disappointed, they're supposed to last a very long time without leaks and we haven't even made it through a year...***We'd be grateful to hear from either Vigo Industries or Overstock.com We need a repair diagram/parts list for the faucet and a source for buying repair parts***2. Consider ergonomics. This faucet dispenses water very close to the edge of the sink leaving very tight quarters to get your hands wet. Its also quite easy to turn up the volume of water so that it splashes out of the vessel onto the counter and wall. Some of these problems may be exacerbated by our particular installation and choice of vessel sink (Glass Koi from overstock). But others should think about these issues a bit before pulling the trigger.This faucet is a beautiful piece of sculpture that would be perfect for a rarely used powder room. It makes a big visual statement without denting the project budget too much. But, if there's a high volume of hand washing going on at the sink, I might consider a more conservative and ergonomically refined option if I were doing it all over again.My wife has a different POV and would probably spend a bit more for a Kohler/Grohe/Danze watefall design...We'll keep you posted if we get help from Vigo and will update this review.

Another great product, and great value from the O! This faucet is heavy, sturdy & beautiful. The joystick allows you to control the water pressure & temp exactly as you need it. I had a plumber install it, but he said, and watching him it looked, very easy. This is the 2nd faucet from the same manufacturer, and both are still going strong.

I love the way this piece looked and operated. One of the screw places was stripped but we made it work. Then after about 9 months it started leaking and was unable to be repaired.

We bought this faucet in 2008. This was a stunning faucet and it matched my vessel bowl perfectly. It was however loud when you turn the water on, and over time, it builds up with hard water/lime deposits in between the glass plates & you can't get that clean. I've tried CLR & other cleaners, no luck. Also the stainless steel ring around the handle wears away over time to exposure brass & the stainless ring scratches easily when cleaning it. It's very solid, but our faucet has been slowly leaking over the last year by the handle. I do agree this would be an awesome faucet to have in a bathroom that is rarely used. I'm currently looking for a replacement waterfall faucet as this one just no longer can 'get clean'. '

The Item is pretty however the manufacturer did not include brass fittings in the valve resulting in an accumulation of rust sediment that eventually started to pour out of the valve . Very yucky !! Too bad .

Faucet is beautiful. Very sturdy - quality product. Good value for the price.

This vessel faucet is more beautiful once you see it in person. I bought it to fit a cherry wood vessel vanity that had a frosted surface and it matched perfectly. Controlling the temperature is very easy.

Very impresessed with looks and quality ... just what we ordered. They arrived undamaged and my contractor installed, no problem.

We got 2 of these faucets for our master bathroom, and they look terrific! Very modern, and the operate very smoothly. Our contractor installed them when he did the whole bathroom so I'm not sure how difficult the installation was, but I did not hear any complaints. A great contemporary look!
