I did hook the faucet up just to see if it worked due to I have to purchase a countertop with one hole in it instead of three for your standard faucets. The faucet is just beautiful. I love it and the flow of the water comes out just like a waterfall. The force of the water is strong so don't turn it all the way on. Otherwise it is just beatiful.

I've gone through 4 of these in our 2 sink bathroom and every one of them has leaked up through the handle and dripped down into the sink over the top of the glass. Poorly constructed and even when it does work, it is exceptionally loud and splashes all over unless you turn the water pressure down to a trickle. On the up side, very beautiful faucet, if you don't mind function following form.

Nicely designed faucet for visual effect, but the handle is too tight to tilt (i.e. turn it on and off), and water is too strong. Unless you live in the house and had plenty of practice, you'll inevitably get splashed (every guest did so).Also, it is difficult to clean. Because the water fills the entire faucet opening, after a while, when it grows algae, it shows through the transparent glass. because the slit where the water comes out is so narrow, you can't even insert a q-tip or something to clean it. Furthermore, since the spout is made by gluing 2 pieces of glass (very elongated n and u shaped) together, the glue may show yellowing color after several months. And there is nothing you can do about it.The quality can be hit or miss. I had to return a couple of times before getting one that worked right. BTW, every faucet is slightly different in size.Although I get compliment from guests every time, I wish I installed a different type.

I received this faucet as part of a very cool bright aqua modern glass sink. I had always wanted one of these waterfall faucets, and I was psyched. BIG MISTAKE.1) The water pressure is torrential, even when turned down low, it wastes HUGE amounts of water.2) Adjusting the heat versus the cold is near impossible, so if you want hot water all the time, expect to have less cold.3) The inside mechanisms RUST so the base of the handle is constantly this dirty, rusty watery stuff, that can be wiped away, only to appear again in about a week.4) The handle can "twirl" and thus create drips if you are not attentive (read: kids).5) If you turn it down low (so has not to have a torrential downpour) to a dribble, water leaks out into the drain catch of the sink, and onto the floor (could be my particular sink).5) BEYOND NOISY!I have had this faucet for over a year now, and regret it to my dying day.

This product only lasted a year. You can't really fix it once it brokes unless you get parts from manufacture, which will cause you almost the price of buying a new one. It work find until it broke. It also very difficult to clean the inside of the glass. In a month or two you see it get brownish where the water falls.

I ordered this faucet 2 years ago, mainly because it was unique and different looking. It's beautiful but unfortunately not very good quality. After a few months of using it it start to drip and to stop the drip it had to be closed in a very specific position. Performance and quality are disappointing, we will need to replace it, which will turn out to be a very expensive purchase, becouse we need to pay a plumber to do it, and you know what that means - a furtune! Maybe we got a lemon, but I will never know...

I agree with the "2 star" reviewers. This faucet is beautiful, but it leaks! I don't know how you repair the valve leak, as I believe corrosion, in this "solid brass" fixture is the problem. Don't buy it unless you just want to look not use.

It is a beautiful faucet, lots of compliments on it, but after using it for awhile the seal went bad and it now leaks from the turn on valve, unfortunately always leaking.

this faucet is awesome. DO NOT BUT THE RECCEOMENDED DRAIN THINGY BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FIT, AND IT IS NOT NECESSARY.

It's a perfect look for a budget-conscious person with contempory flare.

This is the second similar faucet we use and this particular model works extremelly well. Faucet control lever functions with ease and water comes from between two plates of glass, creating a nice visual. Great design that matched our formed cement sink really well.

I had 2 of these faucets installed and am really enjoying their beauty and uniqueness! At my sons request, I'm giving him 3 for Christmas.

The faucet is beautiful. Needed to turn down the water pressure. It is very pretty.

The faucet looks impressive. A few things I was disappointed about were (1) the description didn't say that I had to buy part of the assembly pieces (the plumber sent me to the store to buy some main part, I think it was the stopper that plugs up the sink hole and the stem that pulls the stopper closed. No wonder the faucet was so inexpensive. There was also an adapter nut I had to go back for again that connected my line to the size of their line). (2) when the water comes out, the bathroom smells bad. I hope it is just getting rid of the smell of the new pipes. Now that it is in and looks beautiful, however, I've forgotten the extra work it took and I am glad I bought it.

What a deal! I could not believe the workmanship of this faucet. I did have a plummer install it and he could not beleive the price we paid. Again, this faucet far exceeded my expection and we are so pleased.

The Vigo Waterfall faucet has been such an asset to my decor. None of the "designer" houseware/plumbing department stores around here in the big city have anything like it! It installed easily. Had to enlarge the middle hole in my molded "faux marble" vanity counter top uisng a drill bit. Found two ceramic tile caps -- abut 1/1/2 inches wide to put on either sde to cover the hot and cold holes, glued them down, and it's fabulous! So many compliments! The water fall effect is beautiful, yet it is easily usable to fill a glass of water or wash your face. Cleans up great--easily maintained!

I really love the new faucet... but just beware that it is difficult to find many bowls to accomodate it.

We love these faucets easy to install our sink hole was a little small but my husband just filed it open a little fit like a gem!!!!!!!!
