Bought 3, one came USED, parts missing
I bought 3 new faucets. One was clearly used, scratched, parts missing, now there is the hassle process to send it back to Overstock and get a replacement. This is ridiculous. The box was opened, faucet full of plumber's tape, parts missing, something that was clearly used and returned. An absurd thing, since we are buying NEW ITEMS. The other 2 seem to be OK, didn't install them yet.
