Great value. Not very expensive for what you get. I like the pull down chord, I have a deep sink and this is able to easily reach all corners which make cleaning easy. I like the pull down feature, and it recoils nicely.

I love my Vigo faucet. I have had it a little over a year now and it is beautiful and has worked great for me. The spray handle does get hot when you use it with hot water, so I make sure to use a towel when spraying hot water for an extended period of time. I will agree with some people that have experienced a noise when using it. Seems to be when I use all hot or all cold. Recently it is having an issue when using the spray arm. The water flow is restricted. I think it is a cartridge issue. I have contacted Vigo and am hoping they will replace the cartridge. Although it sounds like a lot of problems, overall for a year of use it has been great and looks fantastic in my kitchen.

We have this faucet in Stainless - bought last year then kept waiting to install into our new $$$ home, so I couldn't return it. The one good thing - ONLY good thing - it's pretty. We had ours installed correctly (checked by 2 plumbers). We used it for 5 months before I gave up and replaced it. It literally was falling apart. The handle kept falling off. The insides are not put together properly so all the joints just come loose and all the parts rock around The spray is quite weak - not really a spray but a directional faucet that gets horribly hot when you hold it with hot water coming out That's the only way to use the spray - holding it where it gets hot. It sometimes made a loud humming sound as the water went through its piping. All the problems were internal, so it could not be fixed. I just had the replacement (Danze this time) installed today. It's beautiful, too. I sure hope it works better!

For the money, this faucet is tough to beat. I have had mine for a couple weeks now so this review shouldn't be considered reflective of a long usage of it, but at this point, I am very pleased. My faucet arrived very well packed and apparently in perfect condition. It was slightly difficult to install it tightly enough to the sink surface so it wouldn't pivot under pressure but eventually my plumber was able to seat it. The only defect was that one of the o-rings on the spout fitting had a couple of deep divots and consequently it had a slow leak. Three calls to customer service at Vigo were required, but I eventually got replacement o-rings, put them on using lubricant and tools I fortunately already owned, and the faucet worked perfectly. This is a very nicely finished virtual copy of a Dornbracht Tara Classic faucet that costs a minimum of 6 times as much. The only real weaknesses compared to the Dornbracht original that I have noted are that the sprayer spring is very stiff which makes aiming a little difficult and the sprayer unit itself is chromed brass without the plastic casing Dornbracht provides. The result is that you feel whatever temperature water you are using through the sprayer handle. If the water is hot, you are going to have a hot hand. Still, for 1/6 of the price, this is very hard to beat.

We love the look & the functionality of beautiful Vigo faucet in our new remodeled kitchen. I was scared that it would look huge but the size is perfect. We get a lot of great comments about it!. Im still very exited about using it for 6 month, i still think its the #1 products in my new kitchen. The instructions were easy to follow and were very simple. Love it!

Great faucet, it was professionally installed, so not sure if it's hard or easy to install, I've had it for over a month now and it works great. The only detail that I don't like about this faucet is that you have to hold the lever for the spray to work, it stops spraying when you let go off the lever, and I wish there was a way to turn the spray on and off without holding the lever down, so that both of my hands are free to work. Another little annoyance is that the faucet arm is so tall that it blocks the window view, you can see through it, but it's an eye sore, so consider it if you have a window in front of your sink.

This really is functional art. It has a stunning wow factor to it. Everyone who sees it comments on how awesome it looks. It functions well, good water pressure. I do wish the regular faucet and sprayer worked at the same time. It also occasonally makes a loud noise when turned on full pressure for longer than 10 seconds. We are working with our builder to figure out if this is a plumbiing issue or a problem with the faucet itself, so far it seems to be the faucet. For the price and look I'm willing to deal with it, but that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

The Faucet is a joy to use and easy to install. If there is a down side, it is the sprayer head and the faucet won't operate simultaneously. When you spray, the flow from the faucet stops, automatically. As soon as you stop spraying, the flow resumes. This is convenient, and the action is smooth. The reach on the faucet is easily long enough to work well with a triple cavity sink, and the sprayer can reach well beyond the sinks. The "parking feature for the sprayer is also very convenient.
