We just had the shower panel installed... it looks really great, a very sophisticated design. We matched other accessories to it in brushed nickel and it is a beautiful look. The best part is how it functions; the water force is very strong and it is easy to switch from shower to hand-held or body sprayers. It also has a "hot water safety feature" ...one has to press a button on the temperature regulator to get water temperature above very warm, so there is no chance of un-intentially being exposed to very hot water. If you want to install this in a bath, you either have to have a separate tub spout and diverter or simply fill the tub with the sprayer down. Very good quality and design overall at a fantastic price.

I have been able to use this shower panel for the past 3 weeks now and I still love it. The 6 jets are quite powerful. The temperature setting is one knob in celcius but it beats playing with 2 knobs to get the right water temperature. You can operate two features at a time if you turn the water up higher. When using just one shower head or the jets you hardly have to turn the water on. It is a large panel so make sure you have the space for it. Our primary shower head is at 6'8". The lowest jet maybe at 3.5 to 4 feet. According to my plumber, installation was not a problem.

We bought two of these when we remodled our bathroom and made a great big, tiled shower. Placed in opposite corners of our large shower, these fixtures look and work amazingly well. We love them!

This is a great value, it looks great. It is stainless steel and has a nice polish to it but it is not the same as chrome. It requires a plumber to install and is not UL certified. It requires a valve to be installed (at least in CT). We are still under construction and have not used it yet. I will try to write a review once we use it.

I bought this item in July and had it professionally installed in September (part of a bathroom remodel). It has added so much style to my bathroom. The bathroom doors are transparent and so you can see the panel from outside the shower stall. All my family members who've seen it so far are thoroughly impressed...even a 16 year old nephew who never pays attention to stuff like this was duly impressed and told me that if he had a panel like that, he'd stay in the bathroom forever. Absolutely lovely product and I hope I get many, many years of great use out of it. The only reason I did not rate "ease of assembly" is because it was professionally installed and I didn't ask the contractor how easy/difficult it was.

I purchased Vigo 6 weeks before starting demolition on my bathroom. Finally the bathroom looks great and had the oppurtunity to use the shower yesterday. The unit looks great, it has excellent pressure, the jets are powerful. I am happy with this purchase.

We have had some leaking issues and our plumber stated that there were some o-rings or washers missing that didn't come with the package. He is also the same guy that installed our sink with the packaging around the drain. Lovely!

The unit provided to us did not work. Only provides cold water. Vigo stated "the thermostatic cartridge in the unit is regulated for 45 PSI anything more than that can cause the unit to only give some temperature's. If unit was working for a while then stopped than it would be an easy fix of just replacing the cartridge, but if the unit never produced hot water than you'll need to replace the cartridge, and check the PSI coming. If the PSI is over 45 then you'll need to install a reducer which you can find at your local home goods store." Buy at your own risk.

I ordered 2 of these for a large walk-in shower. The main shower head is kind of a cross between a regular shower head and a rain shower head. I love it! The jets are like dozens of little fingers massaging you and can shoot all the way across the shower. They're not hard like the jets in the hot tub - more tingly. The hand-held has several settings and a nice long reach. I like that because I've had hip replacement and needed to shower in a chair for a few days. You can set the water to the temp you want and leave it there so that when you get in you don't have to fiddle with adjusting the warmth every time. Obviously, the units are great looking and impress everyone. These are some of the best purchases I've made for our new house.

It works incredibly well. It seems to drip a bit after turning it off. Otherwise the whole family loves this shower and is spending too much time in my shower room. Very happy with the purchase and will be purchasing another for another bathroom.

bought this column and could not get the hot/cold to work.. the thermostat does not work on these colums.. rathere it is hit or miss. i had two new thermostats sent from VIGO and aslo a whole new column.. none ever worked...currently working on a refund....seems that if it works people love it.. but looks like I am not the only one who had a probpem with the mix of Hot/Cold water.. so if you like to gamble .... maybe this is the one for you, if not keep looking..

Since I purchased this panel, it has not functioned in the capacity that it was purchased for. We are not able to control the hot , warm or cold water. Whatever the panel feels like doing for that particular day that is what you get. I would not recommend this item.

I purchased this shower panel one year ago. It was installed in my shower and serves nothing more than a piece of sculptor. It has never worked. I have spent well over $1,000 in installation charges with 3 different licensed plumbers. The first plumber suggested it may be a defective cartridge. I contacted Vigo Industries and they sent me a new cartridge and a spare. The cartridges were not the correct one for this panel. The third plumber had experience in shower panel installations. He suggested I ask for a particular cartridge that is used with the temperature control knob. I have made four additional attempts to secure the correct cartridge but have yet to receive another response from the company. Their web site is very limited and there is no page to order any components. $1,500 later, no shower panel.

Classy design, works perfectly! Never unnoticeable by my guests! :) I shopped for a shower panel for a couple of months, and this one (for the price I paid!) exceeded my expectations.

Ordered this item and got in within 5 days. Nicely packaged in a tall box. It does require a plumber for installing some special piece for the connection of the panel to function correctly. Just happens our plumber was coming anyway since we're having construction done on our master bath. We are waiting to install until our new shower is tiled so I'll update the posting then.
