received wrong item twice when ordering this item
I tried to order this faucet TWICE. first one I received came with white sprayer and only 9" reach (it's noted as a different manufacturor item number on box even). O assured me replacement would be correct. It was not. second one received had a stainless colored sprayer but was still not the 11" reach as noted in the description and was what I needed for my new sink. second one also had a different manufacturor item number on packge than what is in description. O very efficiently made arrangements for return of both items at their expense since I was shipped wrong item in both instances. rate O customer service high but their supplier for this particular item poor.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. kingston brass quality is great. order processing quality is poor.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? never received the correct item. ended up ordering a different faucet instead.
