Victorian Oil-rubbed Bronze Bar Faucet

The bronce wear's off with in 6 month's . I brought 2 set's not all of it here and there.

We were worried that this would seem too kitchen-faucety for our bathroom, but when we read a review that indicated someone else had it in their bathroom, we gambled and decided to pick it up. I'm glad we did. This looks great in our bathroom. It definitely smacks of elegance, and while it wasn't what we were going for, it greatly improved the look of the bathroom. Functionally it works well also. Installation was easy, and it doesn't leak or drip at the tap. I plan to purchase this in nickel for our bathroom upstairs as well. My only complaint is that when you wash your hands with this, due to its height you hold your hands higher than you normally would, and get a little bit of excess splash on the countertop. But this is neither a fit, form, or function complaint, and solely something I'll just have to get used to (it's high enough that I could probably fit my head underneath). The bottom line is that this is a quality product for a good price.

I decided to buy this after reading the customer reviews. I bought two, for our master bedroom bathroom and the other bathroom. Our next-door neighbor, who's in plumbing school, installed them without a single hitch and they look beautiful. In fact, they give me pleasure every single time I look at them and use them. The high spout means I can finally dunk my head under the tap if I need to, and I can fill large vases of water for flowers without the hassle of the past with our much lower older ones. They're elegant, unique and they work beautifully. I'm now looking for a similar design for our kitchen sink. You can't beat the price. You can't beat the service. You can't beat the overall value. I'm thrilled. I'm one of those people who feels physical pain having ugly things around, or a disorganized, chaotic house. My new faucets are another little bit of everyday beauty in my home. Beautiful form allied with sturdy function. As the Italians say: "In matters of taste, there is no argument."
