All in all, this faucet is fine. Its substantially cheaper than the name brand instahot faucets in this style. However, it also isn't as nice as those faucets. For example, where the faucet handle meets the body, there is a little gap where you can see the internal fixture. But, from a distance it looks perfect.

I searched a long time for an item like this. The hot water lever is 190-degrees for tea or instant coffee; the cold water lever is for purified drinking water. The hot water tank was included, and the oil-rubbed bronze finish is beautiful. This faucet just made my new sink area in our kitchen renovation!
