Only problem I have with it, is the pop up wont work. poor design on the pop up bar above the sink and behind the faucet. Faucet must have a lot of room behind the pop up bar to work because of the design. It won't work on my granite because of the thickness of the stone but works on a cheap one piece marble sink. I would only recommend to friend who knows the pop up might not work and does not care.

I love the faucet. It is very classy. The product was delivered in a timely manner and in excellent condition as guaranteed. It looks great with my new granite counter top. I would highly recommend purchasing products from this company. I will return to purchase other items in the future. The "Ease of Assembly" probably would have gotten a "5" had my husband not assembled. :-) The pop-up drain in not functioning properly. The plumber is expected to check it out next week.

I am so glad I ordered four of these for my bathroom sinks. They are totally gorgeous. Look at least like $300)+ fixtures. You won't be disappointed.

The faucet is high enough ti work under and moves easily on and off with back of hand. The polished brass enhances the look of the sink area. It was easy to instal.

I would have given this an excellent rating if we could have figured out the pop-up lever. I put two of these in my bathroom and they look gorgeous. They are well made and I love having the swivel faucet. We had plenty of room in back for the lever, but try as we might, we couldn't figure out how to get it to work properly. We even called the manufacturer who wasn't any help. My husband is a great "fix-it" guy and can figure out most anything. But the lever just didn't work well. It wouldn't open and close the pop-up completely. Our choice was to leave it off and face the lever under the sink towards the front. I don't close my sinks that often, so I can just reach under and use that lever when I need to. I have kept the other parts "just in case"

The product shipped and arrived days early that was totally unexpected and thrilling. All the parts were there even though the box had been opened before. It looks great and fits on my tiny british sink. I had been looking in store and online catalogs for 2 years and the prices were 3-4 times more. Crazy!

Easy to install. Be careful with finish and pop-up drain activator installation. Adds charm to our 80 year old house updates reflecting construction period. Single handle also accomodates the 60+ year old users.

These faucets looks great in our redecorated master bathroom, however, our handyman was never able to get the plungers installed correctly, even after calling the manufacturer for help! So we have to manually push down on the stoppers if we need to fill the sink with water, and then go under the sink to push on the rod to lift them up again. Luckily, we don't have much need to have the stoppers down (basically only when I clean the sinks), so it's not too much of a big deal. However, that is why I rated it a 3. Otherwise, it's a beautiful faucet, and everyone who has seen then has loved them. I really like the fact that they swivel...wonderful feature.

Faucet was delivered in a timely manner. It is true to the description. The finish is smooth with no blemishes. It could be used for a bathroom sink or tub, but I am using it for a wet bar.

Love this faucet. It looks beautiful in our bathroom. It is a quality faucet not cheaply made at all. The faucet swivels so you can move it out of the way if needed. It is taller and comes over the sink for easier hand washing. Ordered another one for a different bathroom. Would definitely recommend this faucet .

The faucets look great. They were not diiicult to install... if you don't have a bad back. Work fine. The main faucet swivels to the side,,,a nice feature. Compared to other web sites the price is a steal

This faucet is an incredible value costing many times less than comparable items! It certainly looks much more expensive than it is. As others have noted, it is a bit tricky to install; I had to cut a couple of inches off of the arm that controls the drain stopper. The instructions are a bit confusing; they don't specify that you only need one hole for the installation, but once it's installed, it's definitely worth it! I plan on buying another for my second bathroom!

These are very nice. Heavy. Not any more difficult that other faucets to install. Since it discharges further into my sinks (I replaced both on a dual vanity) the water strikes the bottom (flatest) part of the sink and splashes some. Didn't think of that.....Hardware very good. Had extra rubber gaskets for under the drain.The only negative is the base. Thin and flimsy. Would buy again.

The faucet is very good quality and looks nice. The only problem is the installation. It is not friendly and takes time.

Absolutely love the beauty of this faucet, but not thrilled with quality. It's good, but don't like how the handle remains "loose". Don't get me wrong, the faucet functions perfectly, and looks terrific. But the cap/handle is sort of "wiggly" even when it's turned off. Am I too picky? Probably.Also, it came with very limited installation instruction, which was not a problem for us because we've installed many faucets over the years, but might be an issue for someone else. And I had hoped to find info on how to tighten that handle...I would recommend to a friend who knows how to install faucets, but not to a novice.

This is a very beautiful faucet which is very easy to use with the single handle to adjust the temperature just right. I feel very lucky to have found it on this website for such an excellent price.
