I've never installed a faucet before. Although the instructions on the box (and in the insert) were definitely not for the beginner, after carefully reading the instructions it wasn't difficult to figure out how to assemble the unit. Installation was fairly easy. The only problem I had was a small leak at the base of the sink, so I had to use some of the special plumber's patty (suitable for oil-rubbed bronze finish and ceramic sinks). That did the trick. The faucet looks great, and works great. It adds personality to the bathroom.

This faucet is really pretty. The bundle of hoses was too large for standard sink ¨hole¨. So my husband took out the Makita to make an opening large enough. The ¨pull up¨ for the stopper was missing, but a very helpful woman in the company´s customer service sent a new one to us. The metal pull up scratched terribly trying to install it. The finish on the faucet is more a chocolate brown than a hand rubbed oil. They say it will patina over time...but I am afraid of it scratching off first. We were very careful on the install, yet the finish ¨chipped¨in a few places. The instructions say not to use abrasive cleaners or ammonia on it. As it sits under a mirror, I am wary to spray any type of ammonia cleaner on mirror. So I will spray a cloth and then clean mirror. Faucet works great, but my apprehension of the finish quality has flavored my review. The stopper is included and was not mentioned by other reviewers.My other hand rubbed pieces in the bath look more like a hand rubbed finish and less like a painted on finish. I am not sure how the finishes fare at my local home improvement store, so I am going to go there and compare a little closer. Perhaps they all scratch. They are up to twice the price at the local store, but perhaps it´s one of those instances where you get what you pay for.

This faucet is a great buy and looks great! I started looking for faucets with not much knowledge, but I did know that I wanted a heavy sink that would hold up but look nice at the same time! This faucet is heavy with not much plastic at all (a big plus). The only problem we had was with the drain because we couldn't get it to close right......we ended up finding out that we had it in backwards, which believe it or not is very easy to do! Overall a great buy and I would buy it for every bathroom (if I had more :) ) Overstock as usual was very prompt in their service.

Faucet looks great, is very sturdy. Our installation required the pull for the drain plug to be put in at an angle b/c there is not enough clearance behind the faucet to have the pull come to the back. Otherwise excellent faucet.

The faucet has a great apperance. Had trouble with installation. NOt to our standards on the west coast, so had to be adjusted to fit our fixtures. My husband was not a happy camper. after 3 days of messing with we finally got installed and he is mechcanicallyt inclined

This faucet is very pretty and really updated our bath, but it's wobbly after being professionally installed. I would not advise a do it yourselfer to mess with this one - more complicated than it looks!

This is a beautiful faucet. My husband had installed many faucets and we didn't anticipate any problems. However, as another reviewer has noted, this faucet has a design flaw. The stopper mechanism doesn't work properly or sit straight in the bowl. We didn't bother returning it as it is for our powder room and a functional stopper isn't necessary.

I bought three of these faucets, one for the laundry room sink and two for the bathroom. I am very happy with them. One feature this faucet has that I didn't see mentioned in the description or in any other reviews is that the spout swivels from side to side, like a kitchen faucet. It's a nice feature, especially since it's a tall spout. Being able to move it to one side helps give me more room to wash my face and keeps me from splashing water all over it.

I purchased this faucet for a guest bathroom and it looks good but like others could not get the stopper mechanism to work. Apparently, it is a design flaw with this faucet and I would not recommend it to anyone needing it to function properly. We tried taking the faucet out and reinstalling to try and fix the problem but that only caused the faucet to scatch and did not fix the problem. Once we had installed it twice we decided to just leave it rather than return and have to go through the trouble of installing another faucet. I have bought numerous items from overstock but would not buy another faucet.

This faucet is absolutly beautiful, the bronze color & victorian style compliment my master bath. Heavy brass/well crafted faucet.

Purchased for a vacation cabin, great value for the cost.

we've had it for a year now, it works well and is installed in my master bathroom. like the swivel option, and we didn't put the plate down. would by another one! ..forgot something..it came with a minor scratch, not big deal at all. just be careful installing not to scratch the metal.

used in x2 masterbath sinks... compliment sinks very nicely the only negative feature for me.. is that it's very tall and every time I wash my face, I bump my face onto faucet... might be best used in a 1/2 bath

I purchased two of these faucets in OIL RUBBED BRONZE finish for bathroom sinks. Within two months, the finish on one of the pop-up drains began peeling from the highest point and is extending outward. I have cleaned the sink with 409 but no abrasives. When I called the manufacturer, as they allege a 10 year limited warranty, I was advised that the finish is NOT COVERED. They charge more for the ORB but don't expect a reasonable finish duration. Replacement parts and labor costs need to be factored into the decision to purchase this product.

I didn't expect this faucet to last a lifetime, since the price was fairly low, but the quality was below my expectations. The bronze look on the part in the sink starting wearing off within months. The handle loosens quickly and despite repeated tightenings, it stays loose. Look elsewhere.

Comes with drain mechanism, is a gorgeous design for the price. Good quality.
