I shop at O.com a couple of times a month and this is the FIRST TIME I returned merchandise. I ordered two valances to be installed in my kitchen. They arrived in record time, however, when I opened the box the valances were from different dye lots (I ordered red) and did not match. If they would have matched I would have given them a FIVE star rating because the fabric is beautiful, nicely constructed with off-white backing. If O.com can get the manufacturer/shipper to match the dye lots I would recommend purchasing them . However in a not so perfect world . . . If you are ordering one valance, go for it but two or more . . .

Loved these valances as am a Toile Gal and love toile prints but that doesnt make the valances great by that feature alone. The overall quality of the valances are very good and they are lined. The dye lots are exactly , if not, a little richer than the picture and they have piping on the bottom of the curtains which add a more quality touch ...overall, happy with this purchase.

This valance is everything I hoped for and more. I have been looking for a toile valance to finish off my French Country bedroom. Just an idea-- I bought both the black/cream and the red/cream and hung them in a tiered effect. The red peeks out about 6 inches from under the black and it gives the room a "designer" effect. I have a large bIack headboard that sets it all off. I am very happy with the quality, speed of delivery, and price of these items. I also ordered a red/cream toile bed set and the entire order came to $134 with my $20 off coupon. Not bad to redo an entire room. It looks completely different. Thanks Overstock!

I needed a valance in my bathroom but didn't want anything too colorful as we change our rugs & towels quite often it seems! This is perfect! It gives some interest without detracting from the color or design of the room and keeps a little vintage feel to complete that type of look!
