good quality
This is a beautiful headboard made with quality materials. The leather is dark, and with the brass studs, the effect is rather masculine, but that goes with my southwest decor. The bolt holes did not line up with my metal bed frame, but my handyman tells me that that is a common problem. I guess there isn't an agreed-on standard for the positioning. He told me to either simply stand it behind the bed, or fasten it to the wall. It stands steadily by itself, so I'm just letting it stand there, since it means fewer holes in the wall.
