We returned this for a full refund as we were not able to assemble it due to very poor quality hardware, that both bent and broke as we attempted assembly. It was such an attractive fireplace, but could not be assembled with the hardware supplied. Overstock customer care was awesome with the return, and my money was back in my account a week later.Read More
A bit spendy but its as lovely as pictured. Flames and logs are nice. Could be a little brighter for my taste but still very nice, not hoakey looking like some I've seen. Assembled fireplace is quite heavy. Its not very "portable" in my estimation. Directions/illustrations aren't terribly clear but not immpossible to figure out. Assembly itself is not difficult. Mantle top had a chunk out of a front edge when arrived. Customer service was very prompt and courteuos. A replacement was sent immediately. Heater works very well.. keeps my bedroom warm easily. Runs very quietly. Over all I am very pleased with this fireplace.Read More
upon receiving the fireplace, I found the log was broken in half, I contacted overstock.com and they promptlly sent a replacement, but instead of just replacing the insert, they sent the entire fireplace and insert, I contacted them again telling them that I needed two shipping labels to return the broken insert and the fireplace, they did without question, the only complaint I have is that I had to pay $$$ for UPS to pick it up at my house. but now all is well and I am very please with this transaction.Read More
This is an excellent electric fireplace; it will heat a large master bedroom in less than 15 minutes. Sometime I forget I have turned it on and come back an hour later to find the room is like a sauna. The only thing I dislike about it is common to fireplaces of this type; it is not tall enough.Read More
