Customer Reviews
The product was very light gage and was not displayed or presented to be the quality that you get. This product is no where worth the money that you pay for it.
horrible design, hard as a rock . mine was defected wouldnt snap together, and returning the product was a nightmare, had to bring this huge heavy box to UPS, AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME TO SHRINK WRAP THIS THING !,

Recliner came in one box. Very easy to assemble, approximately 15 -20 minutes. Seat is hard as a rock but when you recline not noticeable. Back seems loose even though installed properly. Just not the best ergonomic design for a recliner I might want to watch Sunday football in all day.

I would consider this chair one of those things that is "too good to be true". The price is what drew me to the chair, but I would probably not buy this again. The chair vibrates way too loudly to be comfortable for any long period of time, especially in the head/neck section. It's as if no thought was given to dampening noise. The massage functions do work, and can be nice, but I can't get past the noise. It also vibrates my floor a fair amount, and I worry about the tenant below me.It is far from plush. When you sit down in it, there is very little "give", which is deceiving from the way it looks. The armrests, as can be seen from the picture, are barely padded. A minor issue, but annoying. The reclining mechanism feels cheap, and does not operate smoothly. Those are the reasons I wouldn't buy again. However, for the price, it is comfortable and doesn't look overly cheap. Next time I'd just spend a little more money on a standard recliner.

So far so good. Vibrator works well although somewhat noisy next to your shoulder/ head area.. All in all, you get what you pay for. I was really surprised at the shipping cost. $2.95 can't beat that !!!
