Chairs look great - except are quite lightweight. Seats are too big for the chairs, though, and are hard, and have a cheap faux suede looking cover. I bought material to re-cover the seats. They look great with my table, though, so am satisfied overall.

Wow! We got the chairs so fast! I couldn't believe how well made they are and how much we saved. These chairs are big and comfortable and worth the price. We looked around for chairs and didn't see how we could afford 6 chairs for less then $800!

I was worried when the chairs arrived as one of the boxes appeared to be harshly treated as the corner of it was torn. However, the chairs inside were in fine condition. I like the color but I was a little surprised that the color was more a medium oak.... but that was just fine with me as I have medium oak objects in that room. Also I love the angle of the back and the softness of the cushions plus the size of the cushions. One thing though, the seats are an off white and the directions do not include how to take care of the seats .... what to wash them with or if they can be washed.

These chairs are worth every penny ! & are gorgeous in my kitchen.

I purchased this first set of chairs, put them together myself,( without any problem ) my husband was very pleased at both their appearance and their comfort. He said he wished we could find arm chairs to match! That was all " THE EXCUSE" I needed to continue shopping on OVERSTOCK! With the help of customer service, I was notified when the arm chairs came in! As usual,speedy delivery, well packed and most important we both loved the look and the durability of the Versatilty chairs so much, we bought the table and two more chairs!! Plenty of room for our first Holiday entertaining,in our new home! This set is very "Rich" looking, much better than the picture! HIGHLY RECOMMENED!

If you are thinking about ordering these chairs, don't wait. Jump on them. When I originally looked at the chairs, I waited while doing some comparison shopping. By the time I had made my decision, they were sold out. I was notified when another shipment arrived and purchased them immediately. I returned to the site about one hour later to show my husband the chairs and they were sold out again.Delivery was quick, assembly was easy, and we love the chairs. The instructions give a diagram for assembly; don't expect step-by-step written instructions. But, if you're a visual person, like me, the assembly is a breeze. The oak color is darker than the illustration, but they match my dark oak table beautifully. I also like the wide seats. Don't hesitate when these are back in stock. You won't be disappointed.

The chairs were easy to put together. All the hardware was there thank goodness. Very nice quality. If you have limited space however, the seats are huge.

I needed new chairs for a dining table because the old ones were pretty worn out. Since I liked the table and wanted to keep it, I was attracted to these chairs because they seem to be in the same wood color I already have. I purchased 4 chairs and they were shipped promptly and in good condition. My Husband said they were pretty easy to put together and are of good quality. They are heavy with large cushions and dont look puny next to the table. They are very comfortable too. So far we haven't dropped anything on the cushions but I plan on doing some type of scotchguard on them before long. A good buy for the price.

The chairs were just what I was expecting. The stain was a little darker than in the picture, but they fit in nicely with my table, so no biggie. Glad I tried Overstock.Com. CJ

These oak chairs were just as nice (or even better) than the picture states. Very good quality & bigger than I thought. Oak color was a little darker than the picture, but still ok. Very good deal & I would definitely recommend for a formal dining room.

I purchased 6 chairs and they all match my old oak table.,the husband said they were easy to put together.,only two chairs did not have the correct opening to screw the final part together.,but he completed the job with the electric drill.love them!!!!!!

These dining room chairs are very nice... the seats are comfortable and wide.They were fairly easy to assemble ... but the instructions were not as easy to read.. good thing I have a grasp of the visual .... as the instructions did not list an order of assembly...The seat covering is micro suede... and I hope it will be easy to spot clean.. but the look is great!! I feel that the cost was very reasonable for the quality delivered.They were shipped to my door and in a very short time frame too..I am pleased with the purchase.

The photo represented the chairs quite well. My husband had to make a couple of adjustments to the chairs after the initial assembly, but was very easy to do. These chairs are a good value for the money.

After looking for years, these are the perfect chairs to match my antique oak dining table. They are sturdy (held up my 300 lb friend!) & look just like the pics. The price is certainly outstanding. And they arrived very quickly (just 4 days!) Who could ask for more? I could ask for more time to shop at Overstock.com! Happy browsing!

Received the chairs very quickly, well packed and undamaged. My son-in-law built all 4 easily in about 45 mins. The chairs are very comfortable with a large seat cushion and nice back curve. They are very sturdy, heavy in fact, and look very elegant around the table. The only complaint is that the finish is a little 'rough' on a couple of the chairs in that they did not line up quite right and were not sanded smooth. I put those chairs 'in back' and probably I will be the only one who will notice! All in all a great purchase and good value for money. My son-in-law, who is not easily impressed, wants to get some for their home when they move. Overstock scores again!!

I was trying to match other pieces of furniture and the chairs are just perfect. They were shipped fast and the boxes arrived intact. The color and the quality is exactly as shown in the picture. The chairs are very well made, easy to assemble and the seats are confortable and of a beautiful fabric. I shopped around and priced many kinds of chairs but these chairs were priced right. I recomend them to everybody!!!

These chairs surpassed exptations...............the woodtone is darker than indicated however will work with the other woods in the dining room. They are well consturcted, have especially large seats which are quite comfortable. I would recommed removing the seat cushion from the chair to remove the shipping wrapper. If you use a cordless screwdriver is just takes a few seconds and is much easier than trying to remove after assembly.

I absolutely love the chairs, they are just beautiful in my dining room. I will order more.

I received my side chairs & was pleasantly surprised how they matched the decription to a tee. Very pretty, packaged very nicely so there were no scratchs. The seats were larger that I expected, but that was an added bonus. I saved a LOT of money buying these chairs through Overstock instead of a retail shop.

Nice chairs and they are easy to assembly. To get it to balance, tighten the front legs first, and they will align. Good quality, however on one of the chairs, the stain was not applied well and left some uneven marks. These chairs are big so make sure you know the measurements before you order. The color is darker than the picture is showing but they match my table nicely. Good value for the price.
