Delivery was fast. Assembly reasonable, all parts and hardware intact. They look beautiful and are very comfortable. The table leaf had a ding in the edge but Overstock quickly resolved that by shipping a new one to me. The table is heavy and sturdy, the chairs comfy even for a large person. The finish is pretty and the inlay is classy. I highly recommend this set.
This table is wider than the standard 60" long table, which makes it especially nice - there's room for serving pieces as well as place settings. Four side chairs plus head chairs fit entirely under the table when the leaf is out, and six side chairs fit comfortably with the leaf installed.
It's a beautiful table, with a nice finish. When you get yours, check it carefully as the trim on the table edge is fragile and can be easily damaged in shipping. The table itself is well-packed but it weighs about 180 lbs. in its shipping box so be prepared when you get it. The top alone weighs over 100 lbs.
Very nice once you easily put it together. The chairs could use a little more reinforcing. We scotch guarded ours so stains would come out easier.
The detail on the top of the table is beautiful. My favorite piece in the whole house.
