Upon delivery, if you notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery. Notify Overstock.com immediately in the unlikely event of damage.

We were a little concerned about ordering such a large set of furniture online....but we were pleasantly surprised when this set arrived. There was a hardware set missing for one of the chairs and Overstock worked quickly to get the set shipped to us from the manufacturer....and they kept us in the loop the entire time. What wonderful service! We love the set and will definitely have no reservations about ordering from Overstock.com again.
