These look great in my kitchen. Two of them really warm the large open space of a cathedral ceiling. I was pleased to find fixtures that could be used on a sloped ceiling; they really give a very distinct modern feel to a space that was not well defined. And they provide ample light for a drum shade fixture.

I really wanted the Restoration Hardware Chandelier that was exactly like this one but did not want to spend the money. Everyone thinks we bought it from there! It is excellant. Great quality. We did however have an electrician put it in because we are not very handy but it took him less than 45 minutes! I would definitely recommend.

I tried to get this chandelier for months but it was out of stock. When it came back in stock, I snatched it up immediately. SO GLAD I DID! This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous in my dining room. It was the easiest light fixture we've hung up to date. I love it. What a great value!

I have had the light installed for approximately a year. Installation was simple for my diy husband. It is a large fixture so you will need an ample room to absorb the size. It is perfect for my eat in kitchen - coordinates beautifully with my pendant fixtures and drum shades on lamps in my family room. As other reviews state, the fixture is exactly like others for three times the price.

When I purchased the chandelier I do not believe the words "extra large" were in the description. I may have reconsidered had that been the case. I like it very much, but have not had a chance to hang it in the dining room and judge the overall look with my furniture.

I searched everywhere and could not find a similar pendant with this size for the price. It is very large. . . I have a 10 X 12 eating area with somewhat vaulted cielings. . . and so it works. When I first ordered it, I didn't get any of the light parts. However, emailed / talked to people at overstock and a new one was sent out right away. I'm glad it was not a hassle. . . which it could of totally been. . very pleased

I really like this chandelier. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the glass piece that sits at the bottom is not properly sized.

Yickes! This is much larger than I expected. I had to return it due to its size! Its enormous. Overstock returned with no questions asked. Might I add, its a nice lamp just too large for my space.

This was difficult for us to install but, a few hours after struggling on two ladders, we finally did it. I think the attachment screws were a little too long, and the base is not flush to the ceiling but that's not too noticeable. It is gorgeous and we get many many compliments on it.

This is a very large chandelier. We had to return it because it looked ridiculous in our average sized dining room (20 ft. x 12 ft). We measured and the diameter was the same as our existing fixture but it just looks way larger than the traditional chandelier we previously had in the room. I returned it and go the smaller one with a chrome chain and it looks much better.

Ordered this light fixture, and received in just a matter of days. Very easy to hardwire, and looks incredible. The lamp is HUGE, and looks fantastic hanging over my dining room table even though I only have 8' ceilings. It is a very updated and contemporary look. It is the one thing I will insist on taking with me whenever I sell my home. If you are even partially considering this light...get it! You won't be sorry.

The chandelier looks great and it was easy to install. I wish there were some extenders that were shorter then 12 inches but other than that I was very happy!!

The light looks really nice, but has some construction issues. The glass diffuser barely fits on the metal brackets that it rests on -- I'm worried it might fall out at some point. Also, the metal rods that hold the chandelier are not very long. It is a decent size chandelier and meant for a big room, but I have tall ceilings (15 feet) - and it only comes with about 5 feet of rods. Hopefully the glass diffuser will not fall out when I'm eating dinner. Also, the fabric on the shade is not perfectly adhesived - it was coming off when I took it out of the box. Bottom line - good value, but not the best chandelier if you are a perfectionist.

We purchased the Ventura Extra Large Round Chandelier for our dining room on Friday. The light arrived today (Wednesday) and we already have it up. We love it! It's fabulous! :) Amazing quality for such a low price.

I had been wanting a new light fixture in my living room for a year - had seen types like this in magazines and home improvement shows and really liked them. My ceilings are 10' high, so this is great in my living room - I love the brightness of the four bulbs. I had an electrician install it - I now know that was a good thing. It's big - I could never have done it myself. Everyone who sees it loves it and so do I!

We hung this in our foyer...17ft high ceiling. Looks fantastic! Hangs straight, glass diffuser fits perfectly, fabric on shade is great too! I used 4- 40 watt soft white bulbs.

My husband and I installed this chandelier in place of an exiting one and it took less than 1/2 an hour. The glass diffuser is nice and heavy and it lights up the room nicely with no shadows. The shade is a pretty natural cream color and looks beautiful turned down with a dimmer. Fully lit it is nice and bright with three 60 watt bulbs. It is truly stunning in our dining room and is a real focal point. Many compliments already! Don't hesitate if you like this chandelier - I saw a similar one retail for 3 times the price!

We love this chandelier. It is classically elegant. The previous reviews are correct in that it is a large fixture but by no means is it overwhelming. I got tired of waiting for my husband to install it so I hired a professional. It seemed easy enough to install. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and my first experience with overstock.com. I cannot stay off the website now!
