I love this Chandalier. It is huge and a very contemporary addition to my master bedroom. It was a little tricky ( because of the size) to hang but the results were great. If you are looking for a modern piece that is simple, this is it.

Love this Chandeliler! It is very large and would only recommend it if your ceilings are at leat 10 feet. The cost is great and looks very expensive. It makes a huge statement when you walk in my bedroom. Thanks to overstock for the great price. elsewhere i have seen this for over 400 dollars.
Let me start off by saying I really really like this chandelier. When I first took it out of the box, I was surprised at how big it was - it looked like a spaceship had landed in my house. It was easily big enough for my dining room which is large and has an 18' ceiling, but I wanted it for the kitchen. I wanted drama and I got it. It's very contemporary, bordering on modern design so this would not fit in a very traditional home. The "ease of assembly" was not too bad, however, note that the 4 little black tabs at the bottom of the light which we thought "held up" the glass diffuser actually go on top of the glass so that when you are looking up at the light the black "tabs" are behind the glass - makes sense asthetically...this chandelier also gives a really nice soft light on your table - I hate sitting at the dinner table with cold glaring light coming down on you. I've not seen in person the much higher priced "original" of this chandelier, but I can't imagine it looks much better, certainly not for the price.
Looks great and makes a big statement! Like other reviews have said.....it is really large scaled but works well with high ceilings. Ours are 9 1/2ft I wouldnt go with any lower ceiling than this!
