I work nights and my home gets full sun all day, these curtains are fantastic! I previously had expensive lined drapes hung with closed blinds underneath, and it was still too bright to fall asleep easily. Now with these velvet curtains and closed blinds, I have to turn on a light to see. I LOVE them. I have recommended them to several of my coworkers. I got the navy blue curtains, and they are a deep, rich blue. They look great, and feel very soft. These curtains are exactly as advertized.

I got my curtains today and they are already hung up and the room looks so cozy and warm with them. They are soft, elegant and sophisticated looking. They are nice and will be sure to keep light out of a room if closed and pulled together. This was my first time ordering from Overstock, and after seeing the quality of the chocolate panels I bought...I will be a loyal customer of theirs!

I am very happy with my red velvet curtains. I have two huge windows (84 inches long) and these do the trick. They are a wonderful rich red color, a little darker than what you see in the picture. The curtains are a good velvet material, not too thick or thin. Just right. They keep the light out and help maintain the temperature. I'm very, very happy with this product.

Apsolutely love these curtains! I have 9 sets of the gold up around my house! I have 3 VERY large windows in my LR, and put these on,which replaced several sets of thermal backed curtains. And guess what? These curtains have tremendously helped in keeping out the cold, and the heat. Along with giving the room a beautiful amber glow from the color. They do come a bit wrinkled though. But not to worry! If you hang them up promptly, the wrinkles will come out. ( after 3-4 days) Or follow the instructions for care that comes with the package. I plan on putting these curtains up around the rest of my house. Thanks again overstock for another wonderful item!

These curtains block a good amount of the light. Very little light comes through the curtains. The brown color is true and looks very rich.

First of all my order arrived quickly and I was very pleased with what I got. The curtains were of a good grade they looked very good. They were'nt thin. Very nice thickness and texture. I expected them to be sort of a thin material because of the price. I was very amazed at what I received. Just because of the name being Overstock that doesn't matter because the items I have purchased have been very good items and I would tell people about shopping at Overstock.com

Received these and they were just as advertised. Look great right out of package. Got them in three of the six colors, navy, light tan, and brown. Loved all the colors.

Very happy with the purchase. They look great in our room and really block out the light. They are not the highest quality and the ruffle on top is a little weird but overall an excellent deal for the price and I will likely buy another set for the guest room.

This is the 8th pair of these drapes I've purchased. Four pair for my living/dining room in green. Two in navy for guest bedroom, and 2 red for my bedroom. The first I bought were the navy, primarily for room darkening in my bedroom, they did the job and since I liked them so well, bought more.....they also insulate the windows well, in the summer and winter....keeping out the reflected heat in summer and cold in winter, thus saving me money on my electric bill.Since I had the green ones up in living/dining room for over a year, I decided I needed a change and bought some lighter "silk look" drapes for the summer, I also got these here at Overstock....they are very nice, but now that winter is approaching will put the green velvet back up......not only do they do a good job of keeping out the cold, but they look very luxurious and nice. I can recommend them, since the price is very reasonable for a pair of drapes, not just one panel as they seem to be selling things these days. The velvet material isn't perfect, but does the job very well.

The curtains were as advertised. They are beautifully colored (dyes are deep hued). I am very pleased with this purchase. Would definitely order them again if needed.

These curtains are of a very nice fabric. I got the purple ones, and they are a very nice royalty tone of purple. The fabric is thick and lays nicely. It also keeps the light out and insulates well. I love these!!!! They were a GREAT deal. I am very happy with my purchase.

A gorgeous deep, dark blue, the velvet has a short nap, an inexpensive fabric that does not look cheesy when hanging. I'll be interested to see how well they block the cold when the weather turns this winter, because the fabric while a decent weight, is a tad lighter than I expected. Never-the-less, for the price and for the look, I'm pleased, and hope they wear well.

I purchased these curtains to use in the bedroom for the upcoming winter months. Although not lined, they are thick and plush and block the chill. The color is exactly as advertised. They look beautiful hanging. For the money, you can't beat this deal.

I purchased the Chocolate Brown and they are more of an espresso---really beautiful. I highly recommend these curtains as an inexpensive alternative to the high-priced crushed velvet. They provide total blackout from light. Today I am ordering the Moss and the Burgundy for other rooms. You will not be disappointed!
