good product
So far I've used it to dehydrate slices of yams for treats for my dogs. I plan to try apples next week. I haven't been able to find screens for the vegikiln for herbs and other smaller items that are apt to fall through the holes in the trays. I like having the fan in the back which seems to dry everything evenly. It is easy to check to see how the drying process is progressing by simply pulling out a tray.

Great product
I have tried drying fruits, vegetables, and herbs. It does a great and consistent job of drying whatever I have put in it. It cleans easily, is very quiet and I am pleased with its overall performance. It has made harvesting the last of my garden enjoyable. .
