I love this machine it did great the first day but then seemed to get confused so I had to downlead the software update from the website and that seemed to take care of the navigation problems and it was able to find it's way back to the home base. My house floors look cleaner.

Love this vacuum cleaner. I let it run during the day while I am busy working. It keeps the main areas dust free - I am happy with this purchase!

I HAVE ONE, I WANT AN OTHER, WILL IT COME ALL ASSEMBLE?

I usually do all the assembling of new products in my house, even though I am an 82-year-old woman. This product was not easy to assemble. Too many parts compared with other vacuums I have assembled for household use. It picks up okay, and doesn't weigh so much that I couldn't handle it myself. Wish it had an extension to its wand for the attachments. Very hard to get into hard-to-reach places with the existing wand.

The vacuum works well on both carpet and hard wood floors. Suction is strong. Very easy to assemble. It is very light weight. It works perfectly vacuuming the stairs. I enjoy the fact that the cord is stored inside the vacuum nothing to wrap up when I am done. I would recommend. I needed a new vacuum that was not too expensive.

Purchased the Electrolux bagless cordless handheld vacuum cleaner and I got to tell you this is one little vacuum cleaner that gets the job done. It is effortless to use and it seems to glide across the floor with ease. We have hardwood floors throughout and it picks up everything in its path. Delivery of this product was quick and the price was right. Assembly was a snap and I would recommend this product to anyone.

Great vacuum! We have 2 cats and lots of kids always tracking through the house and this vacuum manages to keep my floors clean. The dual bare floor/carpet option is ideal for a house with multiple surface types. We have wood, carpet and tile and it works well on all of them. Love that there are no bags to deal with. The canister is easy to empty when full (empty it outside!) As long as you follow the directions, the vacuum is quick to assemble and easy to use. Only downside is that the vacuum is a tad bit heavy if you have to lift it up stairs.

This is a very powerful vacuum. My husband normally did all the vacuums in the house since I have a very bad allergy. Immediately after I assembled the vacuum, I did a first test on the vacuum myself. I can swear that if you have a bad allergy like mine, this vacuum is perfect for you. It has allergy sealed dust basket so you will not have allergy reactions when vacuuming at all. Most importantly, this vacuum does a wonderful job. Its powerful suction deeply cleans the carpet when you turn on the brush tool button. Keep in mind that in order for your vacuum remains strong after years of working, after every time you vacuum, especially on carpets, take extra time to pull out or cut all the strings or hair that get underneath the brush. Yes, it is a little dirty but well worth it. I am very happy with this product. Some reviewers were complaining about the weight of this vacuum. It is not an issue for me. I would suggest you to get a canister to go with vacuum on bare floor. It really helps. You can just drag the vacuum around and it never tips over. I got a used canister on eBay in an excellent condition for $@# buck. I can't complain about that. Highly recommend this product to anyone.

Needed a vacuum since moving from laminate flooring and decided to purchase this one after our first experience with O.co. Easy to assemble. Only con I can think of is that it is a bit heavy, other than that great purchase.

I knew our old vacuum wasn't working at its best but I was amazed at what this new one picked up. I think it could vacuum the pattern off the rugs! Do have to be careful with small mats. Some assembly required but that was easy. The whole vacuum is a little heavier than our old one but with the detachable canister it is so much easier to vacuum stairs and furniture. Attachments are very useful. Refurbished or not, I am very pleased with this product.

Finally a vacuum that really picks up dog hair and everything else! It is lightweight, easy to assemble, and easy to use. With the one button push to go from carpet to hard floors and the telescoping wand it makes cleaning so much easier and effective than any other vacuum I have ever used. I love it!

I was told about this product by my mother and after a brief demonstration, I decided to order one for myself. This vacuum is amazing!. It cleans better than any vacuum I have ever owned (and I have owned many!) It's easy to use, the attachments are easy to use and my carpet looks great. The first time I used the Shark, I vacuumed with my old vacuum and then with my Shark. I was shocked at how much more dirt came out of my carpets and rugs. I own a Shark floor steam cleaner, but I never thought about buying one of their vacuums. I wish I had because I LOVE this vacuum! It arrived very quickly and assembly was really easy. Shark products are great and I wouldn't own anything else.

I have used it on the carpets, hardwood flooring, my sofa, and my vehicle. I bought the upholstery and floor attachments and am very happy with this sized vacuum for my three-floor two-bedroom townhouse. It is great for stair cases, and very convenient to use in the car. My only complaint is that the upholstery attachment does not have as strong a brush on my last vacuum and it takes a few more passes to get the stubborn dog hairs. But it's amazingly light, packs a punch with suction, and was very easy to assemble. A great value to by the refurbished product and I am very very happy with it.

This is a great vacuum. It's well built, easy to assemble ( no tools required), light weight and it sucks up everything in its path. Even cleans edges and hard to reach spots, like under the beds. The roller ball makes it more versatile than any other vacuum it have ever used. I was skeptical about the refurbished model but it works like a charm, no worries here. Comes with all attachments and has an extendable wand to get to even the highest corners of my rooms. Works on stairs and equally well in the car. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who wants their carpets and floors extremely clean. Thanks overstock, great value too.

We have hardwood floors and a VERY sheddy shepherd-husky mix dog. Even in the winter, he sheds like it's going out of style. We have a couple of area rugs, and we pretty much killed our Dirt Devil hand-held vacuum by sweeping the rugs with it. I was worried about the cost-benefit ratio for such an expensive vacuum as the Dyson, but I am pleased with the result. It is easy to use and assemble, and even though it was "refurbished" -- it works like new. I'd recommend this for anyone who is tired of dealing with persistent dog hair or mediocre vacuums.

The only word I can think of to describe this vacuum cleaner is "awkward". It was awkward to assemble and awkward to use. The canister is difficult to attach and take off. The telescopic wand is difficult to lock. It is impossible to vacuum under radiators or low furniture. I need to check if there is a floor attachment I can purchase for my model. I actually dread using it and might feel differently when I get used to it., but have kept my old vacuum cleaner just in case.

Buying a refurbished Dyson was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. It arrived in perfect condition, it looks brand new! There is some assembly required but it was very easy - I put it together myself in like 10 minutes. The Dyson picked up stuff from my carpet I had no idea was there. It is light weight, I live in a three story house so it is important that my vacuum be light weight so I can carry it from floor to floor and this one is lighter then any of the other vacuums I've owned to date! If your on the fence about buying a refurbished Dyson, like I was, just do it you won't regret your decision.

My house has never been cleaner. For a refurbished machine this looks like it was never used before. easy to assemble, and more powerful than any vacuum I have used before. With two hunting dogs and a cat in the house it always amazes me how much this picks up off the floors, and the attachments work great. Now have two Dyson's and love them both. Great price and product.

Received this little machine in just a couple of days after ordering. Was very easy for me to assemble. Suction is very good. Not thrilled with hoses as they are plastic and do not hold together real well. I bought it for a 2nd unit for use in kitchen and fans. Good for those types of usages but would not buy for my one and only vacuum unless I had a really small apartment with tile or wood floors.

This is exactly what I was looking for - a portable lightweight vacuum cleaner that I can easily take from one floor to another to use for smaller cleaning jobs. Easy to assemble, good instructions, great looking product. The only negative is that it doesn't stand on it's own, has to be against something or lying down. We are satisfied with this product overall and it's a good buy for the money (paid $$$ for it).
