The motor is quiet while running. Extra Hepa filters provided free of cost. Remote control for hands free use. Tools are not necessary for part assembly, removal, or dustbin emptying. The design is durable hardened molded plastic but light weight. The brushes have soft hair so no scratching seems to occur. Suction works very well. Food particles, staples, pet hair, and of course dust all in the bin. The multitude of built in sensors keep it from slamming into my walls and furniture. This is one of the most user friendly products I've purchased in a long time.

Got adopted by a cat a few months ago and knew that my cleaning time would go up. Saw Jesse Pinkman had a Robot Vacuum Cleaner on Breaking Bad and started doing research on the little gadgets. After a few days I was convinced that the iclebo arte model was worth a go given my situation... I have a house with tile, hardwood and 2 flat rugs. It does navigate randomly (which may take some mental adjustment if you're in the room) but it cleans up very well and parks itself like Meadow Soprano when its done. Cleaning the robo-critter is a cinch. The noise is about a third as loud as a Dustbuster.

After spending the past two months renovating our new home I decided we deserved to have our own personal housekeeper. "Arte" is a welcomed addition to our family and I am hopeful that he will be with us for a very long time. I had vacuumed the hardwood floors the day before Arte arrived; he showed me what I have been missing! He went under our beds, into the closets, and cleaned better than our powerful upright. I love you Arte!

This is the most efficient vacuum I have ever used. I really wanted a vacuum that used a bag but I had to settle for a bagless one. It is ridiculous to have a HEPA filter and have to dump an open canister. However, this vacuum collects the fur in my home of 4 cats - 3 long-haired. I am amazed at what it picks up. The tools work for stairs and furniture. I love this vacuum and would recommend it to anyone struggling with pet fur.

This vacuum has super suction! I have been pleasantly surprised. I have owned this iclebo for 4 months now and in the many times that I have emptied the dust bin I have found: (Cereal, Staples, Dry Cat food, and even Dimes) However the strength can also reek havoc with loose cords, shoe strings, and even long carpet fiber. Be warned and take the few extra minutes to straighten out those types of things! I don't typically enjoy vacuuming. Who really does I guess. This iclebo has helped greatly and cut my vacuum time spent.

What an unbelievable discovery! After a friend's recommendation, we purchased this particular model Roomba in an effort to handle the dust, sand, dirt & cat hair that accumulates daily in our rural, ranch house. Prior to the purchase, the day after vacuuming, the house was always covered with fine sand/dirt! The Roomba runs daily & leaves the house looking like the maid just left! Works on both hard floor surfaces & carpet, (although better on the hardwood & tile surfaces). I was worried that the waste bin wouldn't be largest enough for the level of sand brought in daily, but it handles it without a glitch (and we even take off our boots at the door)! If it can stand up to daily use at a cattle ranch, a normal house shouldn't even phase it!

Just got this to replace a Dyson upright. We have a few low-pile carpets in our home, and lots of hardwood floors. And a lot of stairs. This is a really fantastic vacuum with lots of suction, it picks up ginormous things as well as dust, it's easy to maneuver, and can be easily taken up and down stairs. It's got a HEPA filter built in, so it's suitable for pre-1979 homes that have lead situations, and it's obviously great for anyone with allergies. It does a spectacular job on our floors, upholstery, etc. Is amazing at getting under beds and under sofas. An upright may be better in homes with wall-to-wall carpeting, because the weight of the vacuum will press it more firmly into the floor. But for our home, a canister style is perfect and this is a spectacular canister. It's also less noisy than our old upright, though it's still a vacuum so it's not exactly quiet. Another bonus is NO HIDDEN COSTS. There are no bags to buy. There's no filters to get. You don't need any extra stuff. Huge savings, huge convenience. This is a slightly older model that does't have the "tangle-free turbine tool", the newest floor attachment. It's got an older one that works very well in my opinion. The regular floor attachment has a trigger on the handle that you can use to very easily turn on and off the spinning brush, which is good if you have a delicate carpet or if you have a floor that's easily scratched. It doesn't store as small as I think it should--it actually takes up almost the same room as our old upright. If you want to store it smaller, you have to take the hose off and take it apart a bit. That's an annoyance. But if you're OK with it taking up as much room as an upright, there's a little clip that lets you connect the floor part to the suction part, and then you don't have to take anything apart to store it.

I have an expensive upright vacuum, but the head is too large to get into small spaces and I have not been able to order a smaller head because they don't make them for that unit. I really like the small canister because: the main head is smaller and much better for floors without carpets; it has plenty of "suck" to get dog hairs and other light, small items; it's not heavy to carry around or pull; the cord recedes into the vacuum at a touch; it can be turned on with one's foot.

If you are vacuuming with anything else, you are not vacuuming. This is the BEST on the market - traps all the dirt in water instead of spreading it around in the air. When you clean with this machine you are "spring cleaning". It really gets done. Lasts FOREVER if you take good care of it. After using this, would never even consider another brand.

I purchased this vacuum because I was in the market for a new one. I like that it is compact, not too heavy, powerful, easy to empty and filters are washable.

I would recommend all people who have never tried irobot before to give i-robot a try. Not necessary this particular series, but just try to have a i-robot to do the regular vacumn for you. It doesn't deep clean your space, but it is good enough for regular maintainance. It saves you time and energy for family time, or sth else. For us, it saves us money too. We used to hire a cleaning company to come in every two weeks to do the vacumn plus others. But now the robot is doing most of the maintainance, i can have them come in once a month instead. That is a $100+ saving a month. Fran

my mom has the robo vacuum cleaner and we love it! We even named her. She is part of the family. I have hardwood floors and was hoping the mop would sweep everything up and then mop as well as the vacuum does. But I guess with us having 5 animals in the house a dust mop could not do the trick for what we needed. We will be purchasing the robo vacuum too. We just have to think of a good name for her.

I was looking for canister vacuum with power and acceptable price for long time. Personally, I think it is so ridiculous to pay $500 and up for the vacuum, any vacuum. Because the name of the vacuum was unfamiliar I overlooked it. And one day I decided to read the reviews. I bought it. It was the right decision. Very powerful. I have dog and a cat and this little machine do the big job. Very quiet for vacuum with this kind of power. The bags are better. They are not cheap paper bags. Nice design. Beater-bar is steel and that is a plus. It is lighter than it looks. I love the indicator that tells you when the bag is full. Love this vacuum and wouldn't trade for any other especially at that price.

I've had my Neato for about 8 months and it works great. I run it twice a week in my upstairs rooms (bedrooms and bathrooms). I wouldnt run it unattended, though. Sometimes it will get stuck on a cord or the edge of a carpet and it needs to be moved. I use a vacuum to clean the hepa filter and that keeps it going longer.

A large percent of the time, I have to babysit this robot. It gets stock in some areas, it runs out of batteries, etc. It is moody. Unfortunately, I don't have the time and patients. It did broke about 3 times within 6 months, but the manufacturer replace it with a brand new robot right away. Excellent customer service from the manufacturer.

I have had this less than a week and I LOVE it. I have MANY cats and they leave tons of hair on my wool rugs. This vacuum cleaner was bought to vacuum the carpets w/o filling expensive hepa filter bags w/ nothing but cat hair. You DO have to empty it frequently but it does such a good job it is worth the trouble. I am really impressed at its suction and the amount of hair it picks up is stunning. Highly recommend.

I loved the vacuum, but ended up keeping the one that was quieter. This is a very good vacuum, however. Very sturdy and suction is good. It had many attachments, but did not have the long horizontal hardwood brush and the one I have kept falling off the end. It is a bit louder than most vacuums, but I liked the fact that it has a Hepa filter and it has a bag. I hate vacuums that you have to empty--had one and will never do it again as it's a horrible mess.

This was my third Electrolux. I love the simple charger and it's easy to empty the bagless dirt tin, and the HEPA inner filter is also easy to clean. We're buying a Dyson Animal now, which I should have done in the first place. IMHO, save up and get a better machine.

Yes, that's right..we named her after the Jetsons Robot housekeeper, Rosie. She works just as hard! We have two 70lb American Bulldogs and 1 55lb English Bulldog and Rosie allows us to stay on top of the constant fur balls!! Rosie is smart enough to spit out cables and any loose items on the floor. Even successfully maneuvered over and around the Christmas Tree Skirt! You'll still need to do a proper vacuum weekly, but this allows us to have guests over at a moments notice and not be embarrassed by any fur-tumbleweeds! Best gift to myself in YEARS!!!!

We have named him Spot. We have cats and we suffer from 'tumble-fluffs', those little puffs of fur that float and sail round the floor. Spot takes care of them for us. We have not used the schedule timer so I cannot speak to that. He does NOT cover the entire room, every square inch is not vacuumed so an upright is needed (at least in our home) periodically. He makes a pattern and is especially good at walls and edges.
