  BEST PURCHASE YET THIS YEAR! Do not hesitate to buy this vacuum refurbished! It came in perfect condition, and it works extremely well! I purposefully vacuumed my carpet before I used this vacuum, and I can't believe how much dirt, hair, and dust the Dyson picked up after I already vacuumed the carpet! I switched from a cheap upright to this Dyson canister and my back is thanking me for it! My favorite feature: the retractable cord! I never have to wind up the cord again! Go with the refurbished version! I saved over 200, and used my savings to purchase attachments. Best decision!

  Appears to be working great. Just the right size for stairs. Goes easy from carpet to floor. Not to noisy. Easy to operate. All attachments were in the box.

  This vaccuum is amazing. I look forward to cleaning with this tool, although I have to do it way to much because my dog sheds like a fiend, to see how much the vaccuum will pick up. It really pulls the fur right out of the furniture and carpets. I love it. The only downside is it doesn't come with a housemaid to do the cleaning for me while I am at work.

  This think does NOTHING to pick up animal hair from my sofa which is ultrasuede. I don't know if the fabric has anything to do with it but i think this thing is really lousy. The actual vacuum floor head works better.

  I bought this vacuum to replace another Eureka bagless than I'd had for about five years. This one is very similar, but the attachments are not as nice (shorter extension, lesser quality cat's claw, etc.). Luckily, I figured this out right away and was able to swap the attachments from my old Eureka with the ones that came with this one. The only thing that bothers me now is that the cord on this machine is significantly shorter (probably 10' shorter) than my old machine, so I can no longer vacuum the entire loft without unplugging and replugging. In terms of power, ease of use, etc., this is a great vacuum.
