Vac was easy to install and the long hose reaches across my 4 car garage. This vacuum is sleeker and more stylish than the vacuum it replaces, not to mention much quieter. Being able to suck up water is a big plus for a unit mounted in my garage. Comes standard with an excellent selection of hand pieces.

I love this little backpack. The hose needs to be stronger I have to replace it, the hose is a thin plastic and tore. This Vacuum is used for my business and is very heavy duty it sucks up just about everything it is way. The hose needs to be a solid hard plastic and it would be perfect I was going to purchase 4 for my business but now I will look for one with a stronger hose.

Have had this 4 months. Already replaced it. Great suction but very heavy, very loud and dust blows back out of the canister when using the hand attachments. Very unhappy, warranty worthless because you have to pay to ship the item to have it repaired. HIGHLY recommend the *** that I replaced this with. Worth every penny extra and LOTS of options. Attachments much easier to use, much lighter MUCH quieter, same amount of suction, complete seal, no blow back.

I don't usually review products, and I am slightly hesitant to write this because I have only had this for a couple of weeks and so cannot address any long-term issues, but so far this is an amazing thing. I have three dogs. Not the kind that you take to the beauty parlour for grooming, but the ones that shed all of the time, all over the house. I have a doggie door, so generally the only thing more visible on the floor than the fur is the dirt. To compound this, my partner has COPD so the mess isn't just unsightly, it also impacts her ability to breathe. I bought one of these little robot vacuums about five years ago and used it in our bedroom several times a week. I thought it was well worth the price and bought this when it stopped working. The old one was good; this one is amazing. It is programmed to run twice a day, but it also has a "spot clean": command that I use intermittently. It generally fills its dust bin on the first floor but it gets everything in there. I manually relocate it to the upstairs some days and it has plenty of room for that. It charges itself when it needs to and I have not noticed any reduction in power level as of yet. It has no problem getting over thresholds and power cables that stopped my old robot. I sort of miss my remote control, but that's just because I like remote controls - I haven't needed it. It *will* get caught it long, light cords, so I check for dangling USB cables and shoe laces, and I fold the raveling fringe under one of our carpets. The regular length fringe on the others has not posed a problem. It may slow down or die in the near future; no idea. But the honeymoon has been fabulous.

A large percent of the time, I have to babysit this robot. It gets stock in some areas, it runs out of batteries, etc. It is moody. Unfortunately, I don't have the time and patients. It did broke about 3 times within 6 months, but the manufacturer replace it with a brand new robot right away. Excellent customer service from the manufacturer.

Robot get hung up on wires and other obstacles. It also does not map and cover room very well. Not great at picking up dirt particles. Would recommend this brand. Have another brand for mopping and it is great. Don't waste your money.

This vacuum has super suction! I have been pleasantly surprised. I have owned this iclebo for 4 months now and in the many times that I have emptied the dust bin I have found: (Cereal, Staples, Dry Cat food, and even Dimes) However the strength can also reek havoc with loose cords, shoe strings, and even long carpet fiber. Be warned and take the few extra minutes to straighten out those types of things! I don't typically enjoy vacuuming. Who really does I guess. This iclebo has helped greatly and cut my vacuum time spent.

Seriously. My floors have never been cleaner. I have all wood floors on the first level of my home - and a kitten who sheds a lot. I buy the ******** dry and wet cloths to use with it. Of course it gets stuck on wires - it's a robot. If you were swiffering yourself - YOU'D GET STUCK ON WIRES! Anything that drags on the floor will if there are, in fact, wires resting on the floor. Luckily, there's an easy solution - take care of your wires! Don't blame it on the robot. I did just that (I have three lamps on a sofa table, so I taped the wires to the back of the cabinet. Now the Braava goes right under the couch. Let's face it - you probably almost never clean under your couch, because that would involve getting down to some crazy angle or moving the couch, neither of which is fun. Who wants to waste time cleaning floors anyway? That's why Braava is amazing. Charges quickly. Battery lasts forever. We do two dry mop cycles and then two wet mop cycles and it typically is almost dead by the end. Just pop on a cloth, set it down, place the cube somewhere pointing into the room and press the button. Braava takes off working hard while you go make yourself a martini. When she's done, she'll play a little tune and head back to where she started. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely love it! I have a 750 square foot apartment, and it cleans the whole thing in an hour, redocks itself, no issues. Occasionally it'll get stuck in the corner next to my toilet for some odd reason, but other than that, it's a great appliance, no regrets whatsoever on the purchase. And it may be a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion, with the cost of maids these days, it pays itself off in 12 uses. I turn it on maybe once a week and it's been so fantastic! Just have to wipe it once in a while and dump out the dust each time. Easy.

I love my vacuum: it cleans the floors more regularly than I would on my own (though it leaves a little dust by the walls, which is easily fixed - though one of their more expensive models has a side brush for this), and its cute (when you bump it from its charger, it waddles back and forth toward it). After it has run, my hardwood floor looks noticeably shiny (not from polishing, just from picking up a half-week of dust and dirt). The vacuum does take some wear and tear after 2 years, and is slowly having more difficulty finding its charger port (solution: run it more often). It got something in one of its wheels and asurion took care of it quickly (they have a fast return). My only real issue with the product is that the battery connection has become loose. If I pick it up and move it for a "house cleaning" of a different room, then it might just run for a minute and then think it needs charge. If it was a battery issue, then a mere **** would fix it. But sitting at the charger for a minute makes it realize it still has a full charge and it starts running again (in "house clean" mode); hence a loose connection. Asurion failed to fix it with the wheel, and I've now been waiting 2 weeks for my second UPS shipping label while playing phone tag with the technician who looked at it last time (I've been accidentally hung up on during a 5 minute hold, without a call back; I've left a message explaining the issue without a call back, etc). Asking me to call back once is fine, but 2 weeks...? It feels like Asurion is stalling until after my 2 year protection plan is expired, or that they have some sort of "1 repair per customer" policy. In summary, I recommend the product but not the protection plan. If you can find a good protection plan elsewhere, then it would go nicely with the aging of the product.

Very happy with this purchase. Moved into a new house with wood floors, wall-to-wall carpets and area rugs. This has worked well on all surfaces. I like how easy it is to empty. Lots of great features, like the detachable cannister which you can easily carry round to get into drawers, do drapes, etc. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that dust collects below the removable receptable and I don't know how to remove it except to shake it onto the floor and vacuum. It may be something I doing wrong. A great buy!

Springtime with a Malemute should say it all. I have all hardwood floors with a few painted canvas rugs. I use it daily for fur and dog foot dirt maintenance. It works great with the fur and sand. I do pull the chairs away from the dining table to give it room to maneuver and keep itself oriented in the space. I have noticed that it is important to clean the wheels per the instructions, the fur wraps around the axles and starts to constrict their use. Overall I am very pleased as it works as advertised and does what I bought it for.

I have only one rug in my apartment, but it's shag; and the last vacuum I ordered couldn't handle the deep pile. I love Bissell products, and this vacuum is no exception. It handles the shag rug easily, and I can hear the dirt and debris pulling out. My living room rug gets very little traffic, so that tells me it's powerful suction. The canister is super easy to remove, empty, and reinstall. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the brush attachment is shaped rather strangely, and there is no rectangular attachment that I can use on smaller floor areas. You can turn the brush on and off, and the pet hair attachment works great. I have a dog, so I am glad it worked so well. The vacuum was also easy to assemble--took me about 5 minutes. One thing I especially like about it is that it's not so loud that I have to wear ear plugs, something I've had to do with other vacuum cleaners. The attachment wand telescopes--another great feature. For the price, I couldn't beat this quality any where else.

I wish it weren't so expensive because I would buy everyone I love one of these. It is so nice to come home and the vacuuming is done. I have hardwood floors and area rugs and it cleans both well. I also love how close it will get to walls too. Great edge cleaning. It has had quite a workout as I have a new wool rug which has been shedding alot. I know it is getting the job done because everyday after work I empty the dust tray and it is full. It is not super loud so I don't even mind when it runs when I'm home. In fact, I like to see where it goes and how it tackles any transitions in flooring. Programming and self docking for recharging....fantastic!!!!Everything should be like my roomba. Worth every penny to me.

I mulled over this purchase for quite awhile, read all the reviews and finally went for it. With 2 dogs that shed a ton, I knew I needed a Dyson. I previously owned a Dyson, so I already knew how awesome they are. But was hesitant with this being refurbished, and my previous Dyson being a canister version. I currently own an *** and it has not been up to the task of 4 kids and 2 dogs. I opened the box, I was able to "pop" it together in less than a couple of minutes. It looked brand new and just WOW, on what it sucked up after I had just vacuumed a few hours earlier!! It feels very solid, moves smoothly and it easy to empty (although I hate the "dust cloud" it creates, definitely take it outside). I do wish the cord was like 6 feet longer... Just a personal preference. I do not like having to re-plug in the same area. I love the attached hose and tools, and the how simple it is to switch from very thick pile area rugs to bamboo floors. WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!

Let me preface this by saying I haven't used the attachments yet. However, I mainly wanted a vacuum that got the dirt & excessive HAIR from my carpets & floors. I got it with this Bissell. The first time I ran it I was disgusted remembering all the time I wasted using my old sweeper!! The Bissell picked up stuff unlike I'd ever seen! Specifically, I have 2 dogs & 4 very hairy & constantly shedding cats! Especially my 2 Maine Coon cats' hair is the type that clings to the carpet. Before this vacuum I would actually drag my pet Firminator brush by hand across the carpets. After the first use of this vacuum I am hopeful I'll never need to use the pet brush again. From reading other reviews I do have a concern about clogging, so hopefully I will make it a habit to regularly clean those problem areas.

Honestly, this is a great vacuum for the value! The suction is very powerful! I have two cats and two roommates, so we needed something that was powerful and reasonably priced. This buy was perfect! Once I got it I vacuumed the whole house, and some rooms even twice! It picked up dust and stuff from way deep in the carpet! It's so powerful, it actually kind of pulls you! The dispenser for the dirt/dust is very nice because it is bag less. It's really easy to clean out; however, it is a bit smaller than I would expect and needs to be dumped after every use. It comes with several additional parts, which are nice and definitely help get the car fur off furniture and also to get into the nooks and crannies of things. There are also two filters, which most people don't care about, but I do! Maintenance is so important and the filters need to be cleaned. One of the filters is easily cleaned and is reusable, and the other filter you need to buy new ones to change out. I don't imagine they are very expensive because on my last vacuum the filters were like $5. The vacuum actually has light in the front that indicates when the filter needs to be cleaned/changed. I have very few cons, and the pros totally outweigh the cons by a long shot. But here they are: 1) the vacuum is loud because it is so intense, 2) It is somewhat large and you may need to move furniture or use the additional parts to get into tight spaces. 3) It is lighter than my last vacuum (which I thought was light at the time), but it is still kind of heavy. My home has one floor, so it's not an issue, but I can imagine it may be annoying to lug up to 2nd or 3rd floors. 4) This vacuum requires assembly, which can be kind of confusing. The wording doesn't match up or make sense on a couple of the steps - Just look at the pictures and go with your instinct. Assembly took me about 15 mins.

I first have to say that I love roombas after my first experience with them which was a 7 year love affair that ended just two years ago. Now that I am leaving this very negative review for this model 650 I realize that I owe it to iRobot to go back and review that first model The Discovery 4210 and give it a 5-star across the board review. - A first generation robot that took care of my hardwood floors and pet hair for 7 years. that review is forthcoming. HERE unfortunately is were the review of the new model 650 begins, and it's all downhill so I'll make it brief. It arrived. It charged, it backed up, turned around, and charged forward, it got stuck on the edge of a 3/4 inch low pile rug (no fluff) til it died with an error message and had to be manually returned to its base with a blinding red error light that would not turn off. Day two: again, reverse, turn, charge forward, stuck on edge of rug (not the fibers, mind you, the edge), error message, pick up return to base manually. Day three: repeat.same "error" message except this time the red error message did not go away when placed carefully on its base. after an overnight "charge" still a red error message and would not start, would not "emergency clean", would not do anything. I'm not even sure it even charged except that the red error light stayed on all night and half the next day not on the base. My thought was with a dead battery it would "reboot" next time I plugged in, yet no, just red error. I was now sad. The love of my life was replaced by a shinier newer fraud of a partner. She never did wake back up after those 3 intense days almost like a cheap date I was so excited to find who turned out to be hooked on smack in my bathroom only to be found dead on the tiles by the fourth day of tumult and heartbreak. Yes, I know I said this would be short, but I do truly have faith in iRobot despite the ridiculous price increases on a technology that in my judgement should be getting LESS expensive over time.

This is the second DC 35 I have owned. Excellent machines!! They work perfectly and appear to suck dirt out of thin air! This unit is just like its larger corded Dyson brothers, in that it pulls so much dirt out of and off the the carpet, it's amazing. I have two short-haired dogs and vacuum 3 to 4 times a week. When I don't feel like getting out the Dyson Animal, I use the DC 35 and get great results! Eventhough It was refurbished, you certainly couldn't tell. It looked FACTORY NEW when it arrived. It functioned FACTORY NEW as well, and for a much cheaper price than national brand stores were selling them for, Great value for the money!!!

I just got this today and I am amazed at the amount of dirt it is picking up! I have a 100 pound labrador whose hair is all over and I canít believe how clean my floors, carpet and rugs look now. The dirt container is so easy to empty and the robot is wonderful because it covers everything, it goes all over and reaches corners with those little brushes. This Iclebo is life changing and I just canít believe it took me so long to decide on getting it! It goes from floor to carpet to shaggy rugs without trouble. It hasn't tangled on anything, it just goes all over.

This product is Fantastic for picking up dust, dirt and short dog hair. I have a poodle mix. The battery lasts for about 2 hours and recharges quickly in about the same time. The mop feature is descent for quick spill clean ups and dust mopping. It's something I don't use to often but still nice to have it as a possibility. Remote big plus. Light weight, durable, and simple brush removal for cleaning. Robot vacuums are new for me and this was a big surprise at how well it works for being such a small vacuum.
