It broke after a few days. The good thing was I didn't have to order the really expensive refills.

Great product, it does work (I have a lab and 2 cats). Worth the initial cost, but the refill cost is OUTRAGOUS. Someone suggested using dryer cloths, I'm going to try that because the refill pads are a RIP OFF.

I loved this product when I used it the first day. It picked up everything off my ceramic tile, melamine floor, and carpets (I have two cats). Unfortunately, it broke the second day - the handle snapped off at the joint where you screw it into the body of the broom. I am afraid to use the second one, because I like it and I don't want it to break. It really does a good job, but the handle is not equal to the broom. You are probably going to get the one that broke back from me. . I would recommend it only if the owner was super gentle with it.

Save your money. This is a piece of JUNK! It sort of cleaned the floor, but it didn't come close to covering the entire floor and I had to keep moving it out of the corner
