  Great little vacuum with amazing suction power. Like the fact that there is no bag to change and the dust bin is transparent so you can see when it needs to be emptied. The turbo brush is fabulous for removing hair from carpets or furniture. I bought it with my new Sunbeam steam mop and what a great pair of household cleaning tools. Oh and it is so light, not heavy like so many canister vacs on the market.

  This is my second Dyson and I love it. Buying refurbished is a no brainer. I would not know it was not new and the value is incredible. Finally my house is clean again!

  I own a Dyson upright but wanted another vacuum for downstairs so I wouldn't have to drag a sweeper up and down steps. This one was a good deal I like it very much, except the power switch seems a bit funky. You use your foot to turn the vacuum on by stepping down on the switch. However, to turn the vacuum off, you have to bend down to the switch and pull it back up. Either the switch is broken, or it's a poor design You should just have to push the switch again with your foot to turn it off.

  The actual sweeper part is smaller than the one we replaced, but it works good. I love the way you hit a large button on the bottom and its "mouth" opens so that you can dump the dirt easily. I would purchase again. My 6 year old boy uses it to vacume after picking up his room and the family room. Just the right size for him (3' 11") and me (5'5")

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. It looks flimsy, but it works. Only problem is that sometimes it grabs the carpet a little, and the carpet is not shag, just regular carpet and burber.
