easy to use, works well I especially like the julienne blades under the unit and brought up in place with the turn of a knob. I also like the depth adjustment knob. The depth adjustment was not marked - either on the unit or in the product booklet, so I had to measure a sample. I liked that the grater blades are stored separately, out of the way. I wouldn't be using them anyway. The unit - slices and julienne, is set up easily for my use. My previous mandoline blades were difficult to change, so I just left them on the process I most often used.

PERFECT SLICES I use it to slice onions and tomatoes for sandwiches. A few swipes and you're done! Easy to clean, I just spray it; the blades are SHARP! Also great for cucumbers. You'll love it.

Good vegetable slicer, but a bit dangerous. The "hand protector" did not fit in the slide holder of the mandolin..proving it a hazard to slicing. Otherwise, it was a fairly efficient slicer.

I'm looking for a slicer that has has straight cut in different thicknesses. Is this adjustable and what is the range? Or.. does it have different blades for different straight thickness...how many and what thickness? thank you

Hello mataji1, this slicer has an adjustable thickness, which ranges from paper thin to 0.35 inches. The product comes with an installed 0.25 inch and 0.35 inch julienne blades, with a rotating knob. The slicer also has a standard V-slice blade, V-wavy slicing blade, fine shredder, coarse shredder, grater, and a blade box to safely store and organize blade plates. Thank you for shopping with us!
