This bed is a great buy for it's price, looks very similar to upholstered bed styles at the big home stores. The only surprise for me was the nail heads are actually a bit larger, and polished chrome...I thought they looked antiqued in the picture.But overall great bed, elegant & the platform setup supports better than a boxspring! My order arrived within a week, but without assembly instructions. It took overstock 2 full days to email me the instructions. Luckily, I looked up the manufactures website and found instructions there. It took just under and hour to get it all assembled, and I did it all on my own. I'd definitely recommend the bed to others!I'm giving 4 out of 5 starts just because of overstocks slip up with some of the delivery scheduling & lack of instructions. The bed itself is a 5 star.

Bought for daughter and son-in-law. The headboard is slightly padded. Looks elegant. Husband fit it together easily. Quite heavy bed. The shipping/delivery people were very nice. The item arrived late but did arrive on the day promised. Just waiting on the mattress to finish the job. Daughter loves it and I am sure they will have it for years.

I moved to New York after last Christmas and was in the market for a bed since beginning of the year and in March (or April) I found this bed and knew this is the one I have been looking for, but then while I was waiting for some money to come in, the bed was sold out! so I thought I must just wait until it become available again, then I waited for more than a month, and it was still not available. So I decide not to wait any more and brought the other bed, and it was a nightmare for me. The quality was bad, and was almost impossible to assemble, and I had to return it due to defect. Then I just went and brought an air bed while I was waiting for this bed to come up. While I was waiting, it became obvious to me what a great deal this bed was in terms of style and price (other similar beds was selling at a price between $2000-$3000) and so when this bed came back into stock, I ordered the bed immediately without hesitation. Within days I was called to accept delivery and was really pleased with this bed. and I am so glad all the waiting wasn't for nothing. The bed looks great and feels high end. All I want to say now is this bed is worth waiting for...but don't try to repeat my experience. If you like this bed, just go for it, you won't regret it..or you might have to wait for an other 3 or 4 months!

This bed is for sure one of the best out there. I definitely recommend to any one to consider this bed, unless you are not looking for a wooden structure or hate the upholstered exterior. This bed is like nothing else, I really think this has to be one of the best in terms of quality and look. It's a mix of contemporary with the classic elegance. It's certainly looks much more expensive than it actually costs. I just love it.

I love the modern look of this bed, with some touch of classic elegance. It has the modern element of simple and clean lines, yet it also has a soft touch with its beige finish and quality fabric used.The bed is substantial and sturdy, and the structure is really strong I think it going to last me a long time. Assembly was very simple, even for people like me who tried to assemble a big piece of furniture for the first time.This is the best bed I have ever seen and purchased. Very very pleased.

This bed is even more beautiful in person. I was looking at beds like this and this is the best price you will find on this bed. It is twice the price at other stores. My bedroom is beautiful. I'm glad I purchased this before it sold out again!!!! It also is very sturdy. There really are no cons to this bed. I didn't have to assemble it myself though, I had someone else do it.

I have been looking at different upholstered beds for more than a year and this one is better than ones I've seen at twice the price. The color is warm and neutral and the hammered buttons are a beautiful chrome and give the bed a polished, expensive look. My husband and I LOVE it. He assembled the bed in about an hour - I'm glad that I had him do it because it took some arm strength to assemble the wooden planking which serves as a 'box spring'. Overstock has been my #1 go-to for all items for our new home!!!

Part of the reason I brought this bed was because of the other reviews written, and I am now totally agreed with them. The quality of the bed is excellent, it's durable and very nice to look at.I also think it look much more expensive than it actual cost. Super fast delivery was a surprise too.Excellent.

The headboard, sideboards and footboard go together very easily. The rest of the assembly only requires you to put the slats into the frame. The whole set up is sturdy enough and high enough that we could eliminate our box spring.

I think the actual look of this bed is better than the photos. The fabric used is very nice, I was told it called premium micro fiber. It's a very strong and durable that after use for a while, I know this bed will last for a long time. Every thing about this bed is perfect, we are really satisfied with the purchase.

I had wanted an upholstered bed for awhile, but everything I found at other places were too expensive, or only provided a headboard. This platform bed is extremely solid, attractive and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have no regrets about buying this bed. I was worried about buying such a huge piece without seeing it first but I am so glad I bought it. Even my fiance who is super picky loved it. It was really easy to put together and it is great quality - it took us about an hour. We looked at some chain stores and saw similar beds for $500- $700 more. It was delivered within 5 days and it originally said 4-6 weeks! Now we are thinking of getting the rest of our furniture on Overstock!

I was in the market for a bed and knew that I wanted one that was upholstered. However, I had initial misgivings about purchasing such a large piece of furniture online and I wasn't sure if the bed was a good deal or not. As I was coming to a decision about purchasing this particular bed frame, it went out of stock. While I was looking at other bed frames it became apparent what a great deal this bed was in terms of quality and price (other beds of this caliber easily ran between $1500-$3000) and so when this bed came back into stock, I ordered the bed immediately. Within a week I was called to accept delivery and was not disappointed; the bed looks and feels like a high quality product. Overstock made the purchase of this bed a very easy experience, with expedient delivery that was well worth the money.

This bed is very classy. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I have seen similar beds for double the price. Great find!
