I received this sauna at 2:30 in the afternoon, unpacked it, cut up the zillion pieces of cardboard packing, inspected the parts for damage. Brought all but the front panel and back panel into the house where I was going to assemble it and started to read the instructions when a friend stopped by. We brought in the 2 larger awkward to carry panels and assembled the sauna in about 20 minutes. Fit was as near perfect as possible, finish very nice, all wiring well routed and well labeled. Plugged it in and let her rip at 4:30 it was heating up. Controls are well laid out and easy, radio works and sounds good, I can say nothing bad about this sauna. It is a nice good looking well working addition to my house. I would recommend it to anyone especially at this price with free shipping. As a matter of fact I just got out of it and the shower before writing this and I feel great!
