This product is quite a conversation piece. I had to purchase additional links from my local home improvement store b/c having high ceilings what was provided didn't lower it enough. I did try to contact the maufacture to order the same links they provided but could never reach anyone. Overall no big deal since I improvised w/the the chain links.

This rack is superb quality for the money and looks awesome!! The ability to hang from ceiling studs or on a wall makes this piece very versatile. There are four stemware holders on the bottom, each one holding two red wine type glasses - big selling point for me! This is one those pieces that look great is complimented on by all guests.

Ilove this product it was easy to put together and install. It looks really great and is perfect for small spaces. It looks really expensive.
