Absolutely the best all round pan,I have ever owned.I use it often,because it is perfect ,in size for our reduced family(only two of us).I have cooked short ribs,pork and chicken marsala,etc.;with better results than my slo-cooker,and pressure cooker.It is an easy cleanup pan,and I like that I can put it in the oven.A good buy!
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? First time
I really like these pans. They distribute the heat well, my son burned pop corn in one of the pans (operator error- not the fault of the pan), and it cleaned right up. they are seem to be very well made. We are very pleased!
I have a set of Ultrex cookware that I boughtin 1997. It is the most durable set of cookware I have ever purchased. I even got a set for my daughter. She loves it too. One of the pots which I had put another pot into it for storage and the bottom of the coating wore off. They replaced it at no charge. It doesn't say here but this cookware is guaranteed for 75 years. I don't think I'll be around by then. But with that kind of warranty should be in my cupboards and on the stove. I won't be buying set cookware for many years to come.
